Review 1：The latex beds were very hard.

Review 3：The location is not good, you would need your own transport. The bed is very very firm!! And no hot water to the basin in your room for shaving.

Review 13：The location suited me as it was en-route to/from where I was going. The hotel website does not do it justice - I will highly recommend. I have stayed on many other places in this town and this beats all of them. I would comment that the map on the website is poor as it is very much not to scale and does not show major road numbers i.e. 324 and 367 PS I liked the 1,400 price for a room that costs 2,790 on their leaflet!!

Review 14：No staff at bar or restaurant for dinner at 6.00pm. Had to drive to Kanchaburi to find food 5 kms away. Staff at reception on English no water pressure shower head and was cold it 30 minutes to put water in bath. Bed as hard as sleeping on tile floor. Ants through room. Manager not interested. I moved to another hotel.

Review 18：Location. The hotel is very far away from the town. NOT the distance that is on booking.com. You need a taxi to get anywhere and the taxi drivers in the town do not know the hotel or how to get there. Very bad service in the hotel restaurant. No English speaking personel at the entire hotel. The hotel seems to be more for Thai/local people and not for international tourists. Beds were very hard!

Review 20：Location is very far from the town area - the only way to get there is to ask the hotel to arrange a taxi (an open songthaw) to come and pick you up. They charge 200 baht each way - this was more than we paid to travel from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi! No English channels on the TV

First we wanted to order some more drinks, but even though they were 4 or 5 waiters and only one more table to serve, no one even looked at us so we could order anything. Then, we were waiting 30 min to get the bill. Also, they say that they are located 1,1km from Kanchanaburi bus station but in reality it is around 6 or 7 km and you need a taxi or car to get to the city.

Review 25：It's a brand new hotel (opened in Oct 2014), so all facilities are new and well maintained. Everything is sparkling clean, there is a nice swimming pool and cafe next to it. They also serve very good and cheap Thai food.
