Review 1：room was dark but no big deal most rooms are this is just my thing; I went out to walk to "wake up"

Review 19：This place is nothing fancy, but as a place to stay for a trip to Tanglewood, it was extremely convenient. The room was small and simple but clean. The extremely nice owner upgraded us to the Jacuzzi room for no extra charge, which was a nice touch. And it's only a very short drive to Tanglewood (and everything else Lenox has to offer).
Review 20：There were no amenities except for morning coffee. The bathroom needed wall coverings updated. The windows also needed updated. These were of the old fashioned style that needed paint. While the bed was OK, was not firm. I do ironing and needed to ask tor the iron and board at 1230 am. The board was the tabletop kind and was difficult to use on the little table in the room.
Review 21：The room and bathroom were clean. New flat screen TV was nice as well as the channel selection. Good Wi FI signal. Was on the main road so there was quick access to anywhere. The value was good for what you pay for.
Review 22：You are a very clean comfortable affordable hotel. Not a place to go if you like many amenities. .but a place just to sleep so you can tour the Bershires...it fits the bill!
Review 23：For a 7 day scenic trip of New England I selected economical places to stay that had good reviews on several travel sites for (1) cleanliness, (2) working room furnishings, and (3) pleasant/helpful staff/owners. This place delivered well on all three! Also, though it had an air conditioner, I liked that the widow of my room #1 looked out on a tiny garden surrounded by a secure stockade fence, and felt safe sleeping enjoying the fresh air. Noise of passing cars was minimal on the highway at night.
Review 24：The only "bad" is that when you drive up, although they have beautiful flower baskets that decorate the outside, it seems a little drab. But the inside the rooms are very clean and the bathroom was spotless.
Review 25：My sister and I were greeted with a very cheery "hello" and the customer service was excellent. When the zipper on my sister's dress wouldn't work we called the office to see if they knew of a tailor--but the owner's wife come over to our room to help us! We couldn't fix the zipper, but I'll never forget how kind and patient they were. Also when we asked for extra towels and an iron/ironing board, again, they accommodated us. We will stay here again, it's near everything--there's a CVS and a major supermarket right across the street.
Review 26：Older one floor motel on busy Rt. 7. Friendly owner & wife run the place. Clean & neat but in service a long time. Prime tourist location and good dollar value. Plan to sleep there and then enjoy the area. (Tanglewood, The Clark in Williamstown, MASSMoCA in North Adams, etc)

Review 29：The location was excellent - close to Tanglewood, Pittsfield, Lee and the Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival. It is across from a supermarket, a Marshalls store, a pharmacy and next to a laundromat and a Burger King. It was great having a fridge and a microwave in the room. The bed was particularly comfortable.

Review 32：Room 17 window to building next door... the tenant's window looks right into my window. Adult males in 3 nearby rooms were loud conversing in the early morning outside on the chairs, and also in the evenings.

Review 34：The Jacuzzi was fabulous, and was included in the price. The Inn was easy to get to -- right on Rte. 7/20, with restaurants nearby. The couple that run the Inn was very pleasant and helpful.

And, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the furnishings all suitable and functioning, the bathroom recently and stylishly remodeled...pleasant to use and be in, and a high-def TV w cable. This was just what we needed for a overnight trip to the Berkshires. We were very satisfied and will definitely look to stay at the Wagon Wheel Inn next time we come to the Berkshires.
Review 53：No outlets for charging my electronic devices. It's spotlessly clean but it's a bit dated for the 21st century traveler. A powerbar or packaged pastery with the coffee would be a nice addition. Also would have liked having my dog there but pets weren't allowed.

Review 55：I would add another lock with a latch to the door so as to not get locked out when bringing items in and for the feeling of added safety. I would have basic coffee machines in each room. Also, I would turn up the hot water heater for greater heat in the water.
Review 56：Loved the owners and their hospitality. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and felt that the room was clean. I also liked that I felt safe there. I had accidentally left my wallet on the roof of my car and it was still there, with everything in tact, the following day at noon. Thanks for a wonderful stay and such great prices!
Review 57：The plug in air freshener is too strong for that size room, so it was not very appealing after awhile. No alarm clock. The people in the next unit were very noisy. Very close to the road, so there was a lot of traffic noise at times.

Review 68：We were looking for an inexpensive place to sleep while we went to some events at Tanglewood. This fit our criteria. The Sports Bar & Grill next door wasn't fine dining, but the food was good and we could have a drink and walk back to the motel.
Review 69：Amenities in the rooms were very basic...only a little bottle of shampoo and two bars of soap...,no Kleenex, no iron, no laundry bags, no coffee maker,etc. Very little counter space in bathroom, and no clothes hooks on the door. No extra blankets or pillows. Pillows on bed were as soft as marshmallows, and not very comfortable.

There was a sports bar type restaurant within walking distance next door. Very good food at affordable prices! There was also a Big Y and CVS right across the street, if we needed anything. We picked-up fruit juice,and doughnuts for breakfast in our room. All rooms had refrigerators and microwaves.

Review 74：A 14 day cancellation policy is something I never encountered before. We lost a second room because my travel companion, an elderly lady, got sick. We reserved 1-2 weeks before, so by definition it became non-refundable.
