Review 1：Front desk agent refused to turn down tv, did not hold our room despite us calling ahead and confirming late check in. Room was very dirty, used condom was found behind bathroom door. So much mold and dust I could hardly breathe.

Review 3：Booked the hotel based on amenities and price. Got there and 1st room had no fridge or microwave. Had to pay EXTRA to get what was offered at booking. 2nd room had a stopped up sink, which i had to unclog, and an a/c that did not work. Feel it was a bait and switch operation.

Review 5：The room was very small but all I needed. It wasn't the cleanest or best kept up but overall it was ok. Two main conplaints: cigarette burn in my comforter and really thin walls.

Review 9：AC didn't work. When we showed up, police on the scene working a disturbance in one of the other rooms. Location not in the best part of Lafayette. Staff was nice though.

Review 11：AC was basically cooling very humid air down wich led to a damp cave-like climate in the room. Drains were clogged, wifi did not work. The booking.com reservation could not be found.

Review 13：The blanket on the bed was dirty. I called to have bedding replaced and the clerk delivered a fitted sheet and nothing else. We had no blanket to cover up with nor could we get the heat to work.

Review 14：I like the convenience of having different places to eat near by as well as a gas station and store. It was easy access to the interstate.

Review 15：A housekeeper yelled at my 12 yr old daughter for throwing trash away outside in a can without a bag in it. Literally yelled at her. She was in tears.

Review 16：Red Roof was by far the best of all the many motels I stayed at over three weeks. Much higher standards of cleanliness and better facilities than any of the competition. From now on I will stay at Red Roof whenever I can.
