Review 1：The bed was hard. Traffic to the hotel was awful since it was located on the main road.

Review 2：Very easily accessible to all the major attractions in the area, nice clean hotel! Staff was friendly.

Review 3：Getting out onto the main road from the street the hotel was on was a real hassle with no traffic light. They put us on the fourth floor which was inconvenient due to disabilities. We had a choice of using stairs close to the room or the elevator at the far end of the hall. Ran out breakfast items and coffee way to early and had to wait for fresh items to arrive. We ate breakfast off site.

Review 10：I've been to this hotel 4 times this year. Each time they said if I stayed with them I would get a discount. I never got one, because we book on line. If I do not book on line it is double the price. I could have stayed at cheaper places, but I like this hotel. we just thought you would have some type of system where you knew we were repeat visitors. just did not feel especially welcoming. We do enjoy coming to Branson.

Review 11：We liked that you have cookies upon arrival, you give maps of the city and the ladies at the front desk are always nice. In the summer we enjoyed the pool. But the pool should stay open a bit later ,it is summertime and we were on vacation.

Review 18：Small bathrooms, bathtub faucet handle was broken, was traveling with an elderly parent and there were no upright signs for handicap parking, so people were parking in the handicap spots, cause they didn't see the small handicap markers on the asphalt, no first floor vending, or ice machines, tv picture was poor

Review 20：The bathroom was not clean. There was either blood or feces on the light switch upon check in. The tub was full of hair. The room was much smaller than any hotel I have ever been in.Bathroom was so tiny you had to almost stand in the tub to close the door.

Review 24：The coffee pots in the rooms could have been better (It wasn't clear how much water to use, only gave one packet of coffee). Also there was not much room for sitting and relaxing outside of the room. The lobby and breakfast room was very small and filled up quickly in the morning. This wouldn't prevent us from staying there again, but it would be nice to be able to have a place to sit outside of the room when one of us gets up early and the others want to sleep a little.

Review 59：We didn't have a bad experience really, it was pretty great! We did notice some of the rooms had a fairly large gap @ the top of the door (rm 319 was the worst we saw). They had tried to fix most, but need new doors honestly in some rooms, ours had been fixed, no issues. The breakfast wasn't awesome, gravy was lacking per my hubby, eggs were clearly from a box & not great either. Some fruit would've been nice as I'm Gluten Free w Celiac Disease. I DID get sick from breakfast. I only ate eggs & sausage...clearly had cross contamination, DON'T eat the breakfast if you're GLUTEN FREE! The only very minor issue was a fingernail by the bed, hubby threw it away & we went on. Cable could be better...not very clear/blurry, but seems to be the TV, not the channels, we weren't there for the TV anyway! :)

Review 60：The rooms were clean & updated. Some complain about the beds, but we found it to be better than ours @ home, my hubby hates our mattress & loved theirs! Clean sheets, blankets, & mattresses (we checked for bed bugs like we do everywhere we go & those mattresses were immaculate!) We asked for a 4th floor room & were accommodated. The lady that checked us in was super friendly as was the girl that checked us out. I loved that it was close to the Strip, but not on it & across the street from Tanger Outlet Mall. Plus, you can get there from back roads vs messing w traffic on the strip! The breakfast wasn't awesome, BUT it was a traditional breakfast of Pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, muffins, & bagels. No fruit, but its MUCH better than some other places we've stayed. They did have HOT food vs muffins & cereal...that part was great minus not being Celiac/Gluten Free friendly. Not a big surprise, I run into that issue EVERYWHERE we go. We enjoyed our 1 night stay, wish we had had more time to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary...we would definitely stay @ Grand View again in the future!!! I actually can't wait to go back nor can my husband & we only live 45 mins away...we loved our stay that much!!! Nice property & we never heard any noise from the hallway even though we were right next to the stairwell.

Review 61：What is not to like! This hotel is in an excellent choice and is not the first time we have stayed there. Great location for shopping, sightseeing, and dining. There is an excellent breakfast bar with many items to choose from.

Review 77：Afternoon staff around 1:00 was not friendly or helpful. Arrived early was told I was "way too early" "come back later." There was no offer to verify my reservation. I asked where I could get something light to eat while waiting and was only directed to an all you can eat place next door. Secondly, please get new pillows. No one liked the pillows. They were all bad.

Review 78：The evening desk clerk named Tyler was most helpful. He gave good directions with helpful hints to avoid traffic jams. He was friendly, knowledgeable and even printed out directions for us.

Review 79：There was no smoking rooms and for $101.00 it would have been nice to enjoy a cigarette. Didn't like the fact that when I went to pay cash they had already took it off my card.

Review 85：I really like the fact that they had an iron & ironing board that came in handy the second day. They also had a coffee maker which I used once. The 42" flat screen tv was awesome. After the second day when we came back to our room, it was already serviced.

The clerkactually suggested that we pull our new truck into the weeded areaalongside of the hotel or (as she pointed out where her vehicle wasoutside the front door) to park in the lot above the hotel. Thisaggravated my husband since we worked in retail, employees were torequired to park further out to allow shoppers (guests) the closestspots. Thankfully, it was only one night.

Review 129：Upon arrival we probably waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Even though both receptionists had a guest, it would have been nice to at least make eye contact. The pillows could be improved upon. One room had a big hole/dent in the wall.

Review 131：There are multiple ways to enter or exit. Not having to be at mercy of main road traffic is great. Central location means being close to shopping and attractions. Room was very nice and clean. Ours had queen bed and only complaint here is that there should be a nightstand on both sides of bed. Would stay here again.

Review 132：We only stayed one night as we were picking kids up at Kanakuk Kamp. Other friends stayed at Branson Landing but it was expensive. We arrived late but our room was ready. We had a great night's sleep with a filling breakfast before we returned home. We liked the quiet, out-of-the-way location.
