Review 1：room service was very terrible, they don't answer the phone, they knock the door as if they want to break it. Only one person in the service room speaks english. Breakfast is also terrible, no varieties in the food, pastries as hard as the rock

Review 3：The workers at the reception counter are not helpful at all and the way the treated the gusts is not with pleasure. They don't hear the problems or give a chance for the person to talk . The Breakfast is the same menu every day no change. Also ,they don't refresh the bathroom room stuff every day even though they clean it every day no soups, teahouse or even a shower cap . There are the teshouse for the hand use in the rooms .

Review 5：everything about the hotel including breakfast, the staff, cleaning is disaster, bad service and slow, laundry is disaster, the spoons and forks are dirty, the windows are broken, and the air conditioner is very hot, there is nothing in the room which i mean the basics of 5 star hotels , such as simple things iron, kettle, no tea and coffe, no tissues, the dust is everywhere in the room, i felt like am staying in 2 star hotel.

Review 7：Though just off the main road, slightly difficult to find. However it is a large white building that can be easily spotted in daylight.. Beware that traffic from Istanbul can be very heavy.

Review 8：Great stop within a reasonable distance of Istanbul, before heading off into the hinterland. Fabulous, large room with immensely comfortable bed and best shower of the trip. Huge choice at breakfast. Take a room with a sea view.

Review 9：Overall more of a 4 star hotel, AC is not perfect and kept breaking down on 3 nights of the 4 i stayed .... Would be very nice if they provided an electic kettle and iron as that was not available also no kleenex box in the room we kept using the toilet paper instead

Review 13：room sold when a wedding with 300 people organized just under my window ; room was dirty and they did not cleà even when claiming. The lavatory was blocked and also not repaired diring a whole day. A was said like a four year children to go out from restaurant because i weared a short! Even with tolerance they do not the job. Thiw is not a 5 stars for sure.

Review 17：We didn't like the service we was provided. We couldn't get a drink or anything to eat as the staff did not speak English. My auntie had someone break into her room whilst she was sleeping and he came back twice. The staff was not helpful at all. They over charged us for drinks and food.

Review 19：I was there for 3 nights and, despite promises, the WiFi only worked in reception. We were turned away from the Restaurant as it was "full", by someone who rushed off before we could ask if it was worth coming back later, when there were clearly vacant tables. Luckily the next person to whom we spoke gave us a table.

Review 20：The facilities, particularly the bedrooms, were very good. Do have a massage in the Spa. The staff, apart from one in the restaurant (see 'didn't like' comments) were all lovely. This is not a tourist hotel, so many staff did not have a very good command of English, but they were always very helpful.

Review 21：Housekeeping did their job on similar time with other hotels. However this hotel has minibar check about 4pm. They entered my room when I were sleeping. It was not a good experience. They should check minibar during house keeping if neccessary.

I was there for business (as were several of my colleagues) and we all had trouble. Also - the window in my room was not weathertight. There was a draft enough so that the drapes were blown by moving air (it was windy one day)

A group of us dined at the rooftop restaurant -- great food -- and watched the sun set over the lake. The staff was courteous and responsive to my every need. I was a bit afraid to be traveling as a single American woman, but had no difficulties. My stay exceeded my expectations, even for a five star hotel.
