Review 1：-They used to have an awesome restaurant a couple of months ago but closed it. -Air Conditioner is seasonal (works only in peak summer) , the problem is, the window doesnt open much ( too loud if u do so).

Review 3：Personal on reception do not speak English totally !! Reception personal try to give a bad room with lower rate which was booking, and inform me that not any available room! When I start to look other hotel to change, immediately they find other room. On the room not any space where open even a baggage bag !! On the check out Personal who do not speak english try to take more money when it was booked ! It was delay during 20 minutes! Price for tea is 5 lira per little cup! when dollar 2,8!!!! Hotel not recommended for people who do not speak English!

Review 5：We had 2 rooms booked and paid for. When we arrived we found out that there was only 1 room available. English was very poor and it took us half an hour to discover this. We asked the reception to call another hotel, the Radisson Tuzla, to see if they had rooms. We gave them the phone number from a previous booking.com reservation and they incredible managed to contact a different hotel that said only 1 room was available. Really strange because Radisson Tuzla is enorm.The owner paid us half of the money but we had to split up. I paid another TL 50 to get there. In Radisson they told me they had plenty of rooms! Never ever will I book with this hotel again.

Review 12：I'm not sure but if you wanted to go out you'd need a taxi. However, I'm sure the staff would recommend places to eat closeby but I didn't get chance to do that.

Review 13：Location close to Airport and ferry port. The hotel itself is a very beautifully decorated small boutique Hotel. Fantastic if you want to avoid the corporate type hotel. If you are looking for a warm personal touch go there. The staff was very pleasant, polite and friendly.

Review 14：After 22h30 there is no restraunt, cafeteria, not even room service. Hotel has almost no services available, although it’s located in a more residential area and you can find some shops and services nearby.

Review 15：Small, simple and cozy hotel. Not very sophisticated but can a suitable option for a short stay in the Pendik area. Rooms are OK, quite clean and spacey.

Review 17：-Very exquisite design. -Shinin' clean. -Nice location near seaside and Marina. -The food and service at the hotel's restaurant are excellent. -It was my love Jana's birthday evening and we had a dinner in their restaurant,I asked whether they have a birthday cake,they didnt,but they made the effort to bring one from outside the hotel,they even brought 2!!very nice of them.

Review 18：I am deliberately dropping the points for this hotel due to one very absurd downside which I talked to the staff about and asked them to inform the manager about: The glass barriers supposed to separate smokers and non-smokers are being misused, reversing what it actually aimed: You sit there circled by smoke because the outer glass is closed and the inner wide open. RIDICULOUS! When I told them how weirdly they have set the place up, they mentioned it being ok for the law. I don't care which controller can be fooled or bribed to accept that, but for the first time in many years I had to sit somewhere indoors among people who smoke during breakfast. I will report them to the related authority about that also. Huge mistake for such a nice hotel.

Review 19：The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is in a district far from the center but very close to Pendik Marina which you can enjoy eating, shopping etc. An emergent location, I would say. Though takes time, getting to Kadikoy is not hard from there.

Review 20：there is no sea view in the hotel they lying about that, the staff was terrible, no respect, no help, they make fun of you, english was poor, they turn the whole day the heat in the rooms and I asked for airco because my child had the fever but no reponse it was 26 degree in the rooms, only the roommaid was respectfull, i will never never come back to this hotel.

Review 21：The staff couldn't speak a proper English, it was hard to communicate. The breakfast was poor. Sausages were tainted and smelt awful. We had to pay more money as it was proposed by booking.

Review 46：The only thing I can state is that I feel cheated coz of transfer charge... as a foreigner you don't really know where exactly it is located they made me pay 40.00 EUR for transfer from Sabiha Gokcen while it`s on 7-10 minutes drive from airport and just a simple taxi would cost max 40 TL not even that much.. Well I was given price for the transfer from before that's why I couldn't complain.. Anyway just take Taxi don't ask them for transfer ..

There are push-buttons "Don't disturb!" (If you turn on it nobody comes in) and "Make up room". I liked to have breakfast on an amazing terrace and there were superb delicatessens. Review 50：Close to the SAW airport and feribot which was great considering we arrived late and were just staying there to sleep the night and take the ferry to Yalova the next morning. Very comfortable bed and rooms with a beautiful chic vintage decor. Great value for money. Breakfast had a big selection but eggs were too oily!

Review 51：The staff was very disrespectful towards us, for the first time in my life I was asked to pay for my stay at check-in. None of the staff spoke proper English. In the middle of the night, the air condition was changed to heater and our room was 30 degrees!! My started a fever and woke up drenched in the middle of the night. Called reception and asked them to see if they could resolve the problem, they had to call the manager to see if they were allowed to give us an other room... It took 20 minutes to get that approval. The staff at reception were always on Facebook and other football sites, barely looking at us when we went to speak to them. I had asked the hotel to arrange for an airport transfer before arriving, which they didn't do. Very poor service, condescending staff and non foreigner friendly. This hotel is for Turks only, not for foreigners.
