Review 1：We got the one bedroom, which is enough to sleep 6, but since it was just the two of us we would have preferred one king sized bed instead of two full sized.

Review 2：I loved the wooded location. Still close to everything, but not right in the middle of everything. We got in late, and were greeting by a family of grazing deer in front of the office. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise right out the window! There was a nice outdoor pool with beautiful natural rock features. Of course, it is winter so we didn't use the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. And most importantly, we had the luxury of being in a home for the price of a hotel!! We loved it!

Review 5：This place was amazing and cheap. When booking the room we did not know what to expect. When we got there it was a full apartment including stove fridge washer dryer all the dishes you would want to cook with. All for only 65 a night tax and all. The staff was great the room was great. We will not stay anywhere but there while in Branson. They need 5 stars for sure.

Review 6：The unit we stayed in wasn't 100% clean and had a funny smell. I'd say it was 98% clean. Glad we brought our difuser and our purify oil to help cleanse the room and make it smell better.

Review 12：They upgraded us before we ever checked in from a one bedrooom to a two room cabin. The first night the air didn't work :( but the next morning when we told them about it they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom cabin.

Review 13：Rooms were smelly and closed up. Need more frequent cleaning... maybe steam clean the carpets and furniture once or twice a year.

Review 18：Friendly staff Lots of things for kids. My grand daughter said it best " Best vacation ever " Normally I have a hard time sleeping but 5 minutes after hitting the bed not only was I out but slept all night.

Review 19：Pool was cold. Pans provided had scratched Teflon which could not be used because of health hazards. The bedding had blood stains. The room was dirty. The bathtub didn't drain properly. The staff was RUDE. Expecially the older woman older. Were very unhelpful. There were NO kids activities. The property itself was in horrible shape. There were bugs in our cabin. This is a good place for the price if you don't expect MUCH at all!! Never again!!!

Review 21：Air Conditioning was super noisy. Had to wear ear plugs to sleep at night. Raised threshold between sleeping area and living was a big safety hazard. Old couch had spring that were worn out and not comfortable to sit on

Review 25：As long as you realize you are staying in a park like resort this is a fun spot for families. Our room had a good size common area with TV, sofa, and chair. We had a kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. There were two swimming pools within steps of our room that the kids really enjoyed. Rustic but fun.

Review 63：The place is old and outdated. Was built or done on the 70's and gas not been updated since. Old wall wood paneling. Shower stall to small for 1- small person only. No tub. Smells like old and moldy. I think they have mold as are whole family starting coughing the next morning and didn't get better until after we left. My wife felt bad the whole stay there and only felt better after we left.

Review 77：We had a scorpion walking across the floor our first night there. I wish we had towel changes automatically done and not have to put towels outside to get any. Also the kitchen and the rooms were not filthy, but were not as clean as I would have liked them.

Review 78：We had a large cabin with 4 bedrooms and there were 8 of us, so we had plenty of space. The bbq outside was nice and we cooked in a couple of times.

Review 80：I loved the feeling of it. It was very relaxing and I loved having our own patio with grill. I also liked being able to rent boats to take out on the water.

Review 81：The unit was very outdated, overwhelming foul smell in the unit, unsightly bug traps under beds, box air conditioning unit blows right in face all night long, shower head pressure so strong it hurt my children's skin, towels and sheets very old and dingy. Did not want to stress about changing rooms because these problems would have probably been present throughout the resort. We just made the best of it.

Review 82：The location was great, the nature (lake, animals, trails) was spectacular, bbq grill and table/chairs for each unit, and the price was very reasonable.

Review 83：The walls really need a fresh coat of high gloss paint. There was an area near the toilet where you could tell they had tried to scrub off mold. The shower head was at the height for someone under 5 ft tall. The water in the shower would never get past lukewarm. There were small holes in the bedroom ceiling where you could tell that they once had swag lamps. One bedroom you could tell where they had moved a window. The handy-person who did the job, did not hide the patch work very well. Finally being a senior citizen the stair from the parking to the unit were a little hard on my knees, but not too steep. Unit 4 is the one with handicapped parking.

Review 84：I traveled with my two adult children. The unit was two bedroom with a fold out couch, so each of us had our own bed. It had a regular kitchen, not like the ones in some of the extended stay places where you have just a beverage fridge and a cook top. The woods and the lake are beautiful. It snowed and the small heat unit kept us comfortable. You can walk across the carpet in white socks and they wont turn black. The laundry room was handy and is free. Staff are vary friendly. The price is a better value than some of the name brand motel rooms we have stayed in in the past. No bed bugs. No roaches. This unit was also better than some of the regular apartments for rent where I live. This place is perfect for someone who loves to fish and hiking. I did enjoy staying there.

Review 85：if you are only staying for one night you kinda get jipped on time. check in is at 4 p.m. and check out at 10:30 a.m. but if you stay more than one night you don't really notice.

Review 86：this place was very much worth the price. i took my 3 year old on vacation and she loved it. it was very peaceful and the scenery was beautiful. the resort had a game room and a toy room for little ones and multiple pools. although due to off season only the indoor pool was open. they also had multiple hot tubs and free donuts in the a.m. the kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes which was very convenient. being right off the lake they have docks for boats and even offer boat rentals. it's only a couple minutes from silver dollar city and only a few more to the strip. all around i loved it and will be staying again very soon!
