Review 1：The chalet was always a bit cold upstairs, even with the heating on. The water of the indoor swimming pool was a bit cold too.

Review 2：Indoor swimming pool. Location close to Malmedy and many walking paths close to the resort.

Review 3：Lack of free internet, paying for electricity, requirement of cleaning the cottage before checking out. Check-out time is early.

Review 5：Due to a language barrier, there was a misunderstanding about laundry facilities, but we were directed to a self serve laundry in Malmedy, so no harm. Also, a leg broke off the bed (no, we weren't doing what you think at the time) but once again, no harm. Just a freak thing and we were assured it would be fixed before the next guests.

Review 6：A great location from which to commute to the circuit for the F1 race. Not cheap, but what can you expect on race weekend?

Review 7：For the price per night, having to pay for wifi was cheeky. The list of demands for how we left the room on check-out was also cheeky. I'd always leave a room clean but I've never been asked to sweep and change the beds before. Also, having to go to reception for toilet paper, towels and bin liners was odd. There was also a dead frog in the pool!

Review 8：Location was incredible. Food was excellent. Activities on offer were good. The male manager (I'm guessing), I never got his name, was a lovely, friendly polite gentlemen.

Review 9：purpose for our trip was to spa f1. it wasn't there fault and if you don't want to spend hundreds on taxi fares, bring your car or even rent one.

Review 14：Lovely place, chalets and amazing staff, had been travelling prior to visit and there was no laundry, one lady took my washing home- can't thank her enough! Lovely pool and facilities, great cheap bike hire.
