Review 1：The pool was smaller than we expected and showed signs of age.
Review 2：We were very happy with the location. Even though the hotel is close to the highway our rooms were very quiet. The breakfast was good but the hotel was very busy so the dining area was cramped.
Review 3：I have stayed at this location in Kansas City several times and keep coming back because it is always clean and the staff is friendly and gracious. I will continue to stay here for my planned future trips to see my doctor.
Review 4：Free dinner and drinks in the afternoon. Free popcorn every day. Free gym, swimming pool and hot tub. HBO, Cinemax, cable TV. Nice location, numerous restaurants nearby. Good and wholesome breakfast.
Review 5：There was no clear area for the dogs to use. We want to be responsible and respectable pet owners but there were no designated receptacles for dog poop. AC pulled cigarette smoke into our room, which was miserable - don't get a room anywhere by an exit.
Review 6：Hot breakfast and kickback hour saved us $$ on meals for the family but it is definitely not made with love. Happy to find a clean, hotel on Easter weekend on short notice that would accept our two dogs. Placed us on the ground floor by exit per our request for convenience w the dogs.

Review 33：I asked the staff if there was a place I could buy milk for my toddler. They said they didn't have any so I had to leave the hotel to find some. The next morning the milk machine was open for breakfast, and it was in the lobby....right by the front desk where I asked about the milk. They just had to open a cabinet. I was even willing to pay for it.
