Review 1：The front desk staff has a lot to be desired in customer service

Review 2：The pool and fitness center are nice,I like that there is a place to plug in your car in the parking lot.

Review 3：Thermostat in room didn't work. First night was extremely warm and we couldn't turn the heat down. But it was fixed as soon as we mentioned it. Also other minor maintenance issues.

Review 5：The bad things were truly circumstantial but a bit frustrating. We picked this hotel because of the pool, and the pool was closed down when we got there. The other was that we couldn't get the heater turned down - probably should have called the desk but it was middle of the night and kids were sleeping. Lastly, the CO monitor started beeping because of low battery in the middle of the night - irritating while sleeping and it took us some time to figure out where it was coming from to remove it. So the sleep for me was not so great that night.

Review 14：I didn't care for the harassment I got from the same cleaning lady the 2 days I stayed there. I often stay at best western but after this trip I dunno . She accused me the 1st day of smoking in the room which I was not. 2nd day she is at door trying to hurry me out at 10:20 I was told check out was 11:00. I really felt harassed by this lady.

Review 21：- Quality of housekeeping was poor. - B'fast only ran till 9am during weekdays (till 10am on weekends). Choices were quite limited, refill was slow and staff were punctual in shutting down the bar at 9:01. - Wifi was very slow. It took over 10-15mins to send one 9MB photo.

Review 25：Even though its recently renevated the bed was wore out. I woke up pretty sore. I could tell one side of the bed had been slept on a lot and the other not so much. Had i been alone i would have just slept on the good side but my wife was along so we both took turns. The mattress cushion allowed you to feel the springs etc. not good. The walls were quite think. and the emergency door to the next room did not seal well. what this means is you can expect to listen into your neighbors conversation word for word, no joke you easily hear everything. those were the two things we did not like at all.

Review 44：Bad experience in check in. Male clerk seemed a little edgy I think because he was helping a customer on the phone when we walked up, & another guest was behind me. Told me my rooms were not adjoined. Cut me off from replying saying they'd been booked 3/4 days. I had been booked over a week. Nothing could be done about it..to me, his tone & overtures were rude. I had teenagers with me, so just sucked it up and took keys & went to rooms. Rooms were were completely separated but we made do. He could have apologized & left it there then I'd felt better, but instead I walked away upset. But God is good, so let go & moved on.

Review 49：The location of the hotel requires a taxi to go anywhere if you're not renting a car. But this ensure the quietness of the location and is good for sleep.

Review 51：We were sadden by not having a pool to enjoy. When we booked the room, the comment was made in the narrative that the pool would be up and running, but it was still not yet fixed due to waiting on a part. The booking was made approximately a month before actually arriving.

The kids weren't able to swim in the pool, it was shut down. I wasn't informed of this when i called to confirm the night stay. Checking out i told them i wasn't satisfied and i was offered a discount for the water not working or anything.

Seating area in brkfst room is very limited and a few times, during a wave of guests coming down for breakfast, there was neither enough seating nor an efficient way to access the food. Outside (and hallways) of hotel seemed older.

Very nice room which seemed newly renovated with comfortable beds, great shower, clean and new looking sink and toilet. Microwave and small fridge worked well. New equipment in small workout room.
