Review 1：We just missed the evening social, which my wife and I really enjoy about Drury Inn properties. This was a disappointment.

Review 2：The receptionist was very receptive upon our arrival, warning us of a large church youth group that was staying in the hotel with us (they weren't a problem).

Review 3：Josua and Shannon were AWESOME. Those two made my stay a wonderful experience and I am glad that I came in contact with then during my stay. You have 2 wonderful staff members on your team.

Review 6：I booked a non-smoking room on the first floor I called to verify they said yes when I got to the hotel they give my room away give me a room on the fourth floor and it was a smoking room and it made me sick from allergies due to the smokiness in the room

Review 8：Wow! Great welcome and fantastic experience. Loved the kickback and free snacks, that's a great touch. Hotel had all the facilities you could need and was very clean.

Review 9：I know your remodeling however, for seniors the shower was cramped and had no safety strip or the like so you slid all over the place washing. In addition, the little soaps are cute but hard to hold and last 1 to 2 days max. They aren't restocked daily. Also I had to prompt the maid to change the sheets the fourth day.

Review 17：We had an A/C unit that had the carpet soaked and a stagnant smell from the A\C. If that was corrected all would have been fine. There's no excuse. This didn't just happen overnight. Housekeeping should have told someone. But the room was large and the breakfast was excellent.

And there was a chair in our room with a really nasty looking stain on it, and that made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room in general. Overall the room gave me the impression that we should have paid at least $40 less than we did.

Review 80：I liked that it was close to I10, as this was just a quick rest stop on our travels. I liked that I was able to cancel the reservation the check-in day, if needed. I liked that both Wi-Fi and breakfast were available. Unfortunately, I had to leave too early to be able to rate the breakfast.

Review 81：Our room was 3-4 rooms from the elevator which made a noise that woke usup many times during the night. Previously stayed at sister hotel (DruryInn) which was much nicer for the same price. Everything from thecomfort of the beds, friendly staff, and breakfast was better at Drury.
