Review 1：Rooms were very clean. Food in breakfast buffet and in the Han Restaurant were excellent. Non-smoking on specified floors was strictly enforced. Outstanding service staff. Front desk, special thank you to Ms Nilgun (who helped us re-pack every thing with our last minute purchases). Restaurant staff were very helpful, particularly Mr Gokay and Ms Kubra. Thank you Ramada Izmit!

Review 2：My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The beds were nice, the rooms were clean, the food was good, but it is the service at Ramada that transforms it from a good hotel to a REALLY good hotel. Our family has stayed in hotels all over the world, but the service at the Ramada was one of the best we have experienced. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Added to this was the warm welcome, the personal care and the attention to detail that are trademarks of outstanding service. We would like to especially commend Mr Mehmet Zafer Er, the Front Desk Manager. The man is a star! We also received excellent service from Ms Nilgin at Reception, who was always happy and always helpful. Ramada is to be congratulated on having such great staff.

Review 23：It is a very nice and clean hotel. Situated closed to an industrial areaof Izmit. I like the way the employee treated us. They were veryfriendly, very helpful and smiling all the time. The quality of thebreakefast buffet is excellent. The room price is reasonable.

Review 24：For people who are planing a stay: Value for money is very poor. Room fees are very expensive for a average hotel in a small city. For people who are planning a organization: I arranged my wedding in this hotel and I dont suggest anybody to arrange any organization or stay in this hotel. Staff is very unprofessional except than the people in reception. Sales satff has superficial smile on their face. It is impossible to reach them. We were not even able to arrange rehearsal for the cake and the coctail because they were very busy. Cake was not the one we negotiated. And during the wedding there was no waitress taking care of drinks that there were no glasses after a while and empty glasses/bottles were everywhere. Everybody was trying get their own drink from bottles and it was completely mass. Once sales person shut the phone on my face. When you ask a question they treat you like you are telling something wrong. They are very rude. Also, we negotiated discount for the guests for the drinks after wedding but this was not followed. When I asked they told us bar is not informed about this. I organized other events in other world wide known chain hotels and Ramada plaza Izmit is total dissapointment for me. It is absolutely not value for your money.

Review 26：the price for breakfast is insane, especially in kocaeli standards. we came there by our own car so its location wasn't a problem for us at all. but someone who would like to visit kocaeli and see the sea (gulf) should book another hotel in izmit.
