Review 1：The only thing I didn't like was the traffic getting into and out of this hotel.

Review 2：Nice, clean, comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Review 9：I didn't like the lack of customer service from the staff. I didn't like that the hotel was hazardous to our health; Roaches, spiders, ants, blood stains, bodily fluids in bathroom, broken door lock and scotch tape holding foxtures.

Review 11：First room had mold all around air conditioner. Air was off, extremly hot and smelly. Asked to move, second room had a nasty smell and again air was off and took hours to cool. I would never recommend anyone stay here

Wasn't,t able to sign on wifi , when complained was told theirs was working fine @ front desk,my whole stay was in Stone Age no Internet at all!!!everytime I needed to make a call I had to call front desk to get a line out! Will not stay again,was in town because family member was rush to a hospital there, and their lack of costumer service was awful !

Review 19：When backing into a parking space, a housekeeper who was parked next to the entrance came out and yelled at me, apparently worried I'd back into her old battered car. (I wasn't even close.) Then in the morning well before checkout time (about 9 a.m.), a housekeeper banged on the door wanting to clean. The microwave may work, but it wasn't plugged in and I couldn't see an outlet so gave up on it.

Review 20：The check-in clerk found us a ground-floor room when I explained we had trouble carrying things up stairs. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. While we didn't use it, coffee and breakfast was available in the lobby. There were restaurants nearby at the same highway exit. The wifi was good and fast, although I had to call the front desk to get the login code.
