Review 1：Needs a better coffee pot in room ad instead of leave a light on,room took a minute to warm up

Review 9：Stayed there four weeks ago, and was very satisfied with everything, and when the opportunity arose to come back shortly after my return, I didn't hesitate to book again for myself and for a friend. It may not have the softest towels, but for a $30 per night difference with comparable hotels, I'll take it any time :) The staff during both stays was very friendly, and I was very satisfied with the service in my room. Love the location, as my main purpose in coming is to go to the Andy Williams Theater, but it's also right in the middle of all the other theaters I attended.

Review 11：Went I went to check in the man at the front desk told me my room was not ready. I explained that the rooms were to be ready earlier. He asked me did he want me to call other guest and ask them to leave so I could have my rooms.
Review 12：The room was a non-smoking room, but had a horrible odor of stale smoke. When I booked the room I requested ground level. I even asked when we arrived for a ground level and was told I would have to upgrade because they had no queen rooms on ground level. They also said all rooms were booked. I was not convinced all rooms were booked based by the lack of vehicles in the parking lot. We booked this motel because we had pleasant experiences the two other times we stayed. We will not stay in this motel again.

Review 14：There was a bad smell in our room like cleaning or gasoline smell. Only stayed two nights but had to keep air on cause of the smell. It was really cold so got a chest cold from staying there. Also clothes had smell on them.

Review 21：The staff totally accommodated my needs for my elderly mother. Not all rooms are accessible by elevator. I did not know this when I booked. They took very good care of my problem. The continental breakfast was really good. Totally satisfied.

Review 25：Staff was not very helpful. When we checked in, our rooms weren't as requested and we were told that the other rooms weren't cleaned that day so we were stuck with what they had. We travelled without children this trip, so we were able to adapt and made the best of it. On night two, we asked for more pillows because the ones we had were very flat and small. We were told that no, we couldn't have any because there weren't any clean pillowcases. There were a handful of people staying there, by no means were all of the rooms booked.

Review 38：We paid for 3 nights, There was no carpet on the floor, the air conditioner would freeze you and when you tried to adjust it, it stopped working so spent most the night trying to get it to work to get the humidity out of the room. Went to take a shower to wash the sweat off and there was mold all on the shower curtain. We paid to have breakfast in our package the woman at the desk tells us that for breakfast we would have to go to the restaurant and eat breakfast and it will cost us $4.00 each. to say the least we checked in on Friday night and we checked out on Saturday morning Thanks for ruining the first vacation we have had in 10 years....

Review 40：We stay at Windmill Inn every year and pay around 60-70.00 a night. This time I paid 159.00 a night. I was told the price increased because of a car show in Branson. I checked the rates after our stay over the weekend and the rates went back down to 74.00 a night for the same room.

Review 50：Wifi connection was horrible! Most of the 7 days I was there, there wasno connection; other days, it was terribly slow and intermittent, atbest. There was no tv remote in room; one was provided that only didbasic functions (on/off; volume; channel up/down). Uponarrival, desk clerk could not find my reservation, but did honor thepaper reservation receipt I had. At 12:15am (middle of night) on firstnight, hotel clerk called my cell phone to see when I would bearriving. I let him know that I had checked in nearly 12 hours earlier;he did not apologize for waking me. The breakfast was a joke...coldcereal and a few pieces of fruit. Waffle maker took forever so only afew people had this.

Review 110：The laundry driers were the only complaint I had, and when I mentioned them to George at checkout he informed me that repairs had already been ordered. The driers worked perfectly, but someone had removed the closing mechanism receiver so you had to put chair against drier door to keep it shut.....other than that my family had no issues!

George at the Front Desk and Cocoa (-2 spelling) on the Breakfast Bar just wanted to make things perfect. We hadn't been to Branson in ten years, but with the affordability of the Windmill Inn very evident we'll be back again soon.

Review 113：Just to look at it, you would think it is just an older motel, and you might be right, but I have stayed there twice in the last month and both rooms were very nice and clean. Nothing fancy, but as good as many other new ones I have stayed in. It served the purpose and was close to the places I wanted to go.

Review 115：Location was great. We were on the main strip - highway 76. We were able to walk to some of the attractions from our hotel. My husband and I were at Branson celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and had a wonderful time. We met individuals from many different states and even Canada. Everyone was so friendly.

I have two metal knees and it was difficult to sit on the commode because it was so low. My knees were higher than my bottom when I sat down.

Review 132：The staff and the Inn where great. Very friendly and helpful with all our needs. The Inn was a lot bigger than it looked and to my surprise it was very quite. I would stay here again. The Inn was located right on the main drag. We could get to everything within 10-15 mins. We even had a grocery store and a Wal Mart 1/2 a block away, it was very nice.
Review 133：It is old and dilapidated, and does not smell clean. One bed broke, collapsed on one corner. Had two senior women in, this room and three adults in the second room. Don't think the carpeting has been cleaned in years, dust was thick between the fridge and the TV stand. Breakfast was the pits..
