Review 1：A bit expensive, especially the restaurant but we just chose to eat at other restaurants. Presumably the same food but more affordable and everything is very close by (We are not the types that need to spend the whole time in one place) We had no view but a nice big room

Review 2：Beautiful spot. Two nice pools. Great brekfast. Nice rooms. Feels like vacation from the first moment. And the property is right on the beach. You can even leave your flip flops in the room the whole time!

Review 15：We had issues with the hot water and the air conditioner, but they were solved relatively fast. There was a counter recepcionist which didn't even offer us half an hour more of late check out.

Review 18：The rude woman from Argentina at the front desk who was unfriendly and snappy. She has no people skills to work at a reception area. The price at hotel is way too high for the facility. this hotel is at best a 3 star hotel. one morning right before breakfast was over I asked for a cup of coffee and this unfriendly woman at the open kitchen told the waiter there was no more coffee. For that price I expected better service.

Review 19：Location right on the beach. Some of the waiters at the outdoor restaurant were nice. One of the managers I believe named Humberto was nice. breakfast was good.

Review 22：WiFi only worked in certain areas. We had to get some work done and it took a long time to work out the WiFi. Lots of noise as the balcony windows are not sound proof treated and they have live music everyday. OK breakfast, wouldn't eat for a 4th or 5th time.

Review 23：Great location. Right on the main street in one end and the beach in the other end. Good decoration and swimming pool. A lot of staff and good spa. Spacious and comfortable room (ask for one upstairs, starting with 200).

Review 24：I was give a room next to a construction site! After I complained, they changed with another room which door couldn't even open. The resort is in desperate need of maintenance but they charge it as a 5 stars, it's not, it's barely a mediocre and overpriced 3 stars, unfortunately jeri doesn't have many better options.

Review 26：Had a hard time with the WiFi (never got it to work). The wired connection above the games area didn't work either. Jeri has bad upstream service in general but the problems were multiplied by the system used by the hotel.
