Review 6：This hotel was so friendly, so clean, and really relaxing. A nice place to stay. Great for pool relaxation, the hotel can't do enough to help you, the staff are lovely.

Review 7：The staff speak very little english so quite difficult to communicate especially if you have a problem or need some information. We found one guy at reception was particularly rude, arrogant and very ignorant; he was not willing to see things from any other point of view but his own! Just try to avoid Mr Salah if you do go. And the spa is a bit of a rip-off, been to better. The staff just seemed to have a basic training is maggage which wasn't that great anyway.

Review 8：The hotel was clean, food was good, plentiful buffet breakfast and meals with variety. Swimming/sports facilities were always clean and available. Atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Pool view rooms provide a better view than 'garden' which just seemed to be more like the road beyond the hotel. They have a very enthusiastic events manager who can tell you about tours and excursions they do like quad-biking, the famous pirate ship tours of yasmine hammamet etc. Location 5 minutes walk from the medina and beach. Very family friendly with most of the guests being from other parts of tunisia.
