Review 1：The hotel is a construction zone and should not be open during the renovations. This is not disclosed online anywhere.
Review 2：Location was good for being in Palm Beach for a short trip.

Review 5：There was sadly suppose to be a restaurant right next to the hotel/joint on it but it was closed as business was dry from mid august to November.
Review 6：The hotel looks amazing from the outside and also inside. The staff where very friendly, had a tea and coffee maker in the lobby as well as information on the area by leaflets. Are room was on the top floor, was a really good size, bed was extremely comfy, had a nice en suit, brand new kitchen to cook food, a flat screen T.V and the view from the room was ok. The beach is only a 5 minuet walk away and a local supermarket, shops, restaurants 2/3 minuets way.
Review 7：AC functioned poorly. No ice machine available. Booked because restaurant advertised but found it to be closed. Bed was uncomfortable -- should be a king size bed. Construction underway and started too early for guests trying to relax.

Review 9：The young man at the check-in desk barely looked up from his phone when I came in to check in. Never asked if I needed help with my bags. Room/carpet dirty. Entire hotel dirty and dated. To get hot water - had to turn on all faucets (sink, tub and kitchen sink) on full blast - hot only - to get the hot water for my shower in the mornings. Will not be back!

Review 26：Terrible parking. I forced to park next to the dumpsters in parking lot, due outside guests using spots even though it was suppose to be a private lot. Little assistance from staff to get luggage in and out of hotel. Floor was so dirty in hotel room my feet were black from walking barefoot from bathroom to bedroom. Told staff member and was told the floor always remained dirty and he was thinking of replacing it with another floor. This would be shameful, since this is the original 1920's tile and is no longer made. I have the same tile in my home and I guarantee soap and water would clean it. A side note as well: I left my charger plugged in the middle of the room, easy location to see if cleaning staff did clean the room. I asked staff member to check for me and he stated he would call me back once he went up to room, instead I called back ans he said nothing was found.

Review 29：We stayed here 2 years ago same time and wanted to make coffee after ourjourney. Unfortunately the coffee pot had mold in the bottom!!!thisyear, exactly the same thing happened!!! It took considerable time forthe maid and duty staffer to connect on this issue so we could makecoffee. It made me uneasy about the cleanliness of everything afterthat. Also the maid's cleaning cart remained in the narrow corridoroutside our room the entire time. I'm sure the fire dept inspectorswould not approve!!! Also no nite stand on my side of bed so I got theironing board out to use for my glasses, book, and water glass.

I understand and appreciate older non-chain hotels but if we have to wait till 3 pm to check in, the cleaning crew should take a Swiffer to the furniture and clean air conditioning filters. Overall, I would not let this small "negative" prevent me from returning to the Bradley.

If you are interested in ultra modern amenities this is not your place, But if you like updated historic living you will love this place. After breaking a wine glass a staff member was up there with a broom and vacuum within five minutes. And cleaned most carefully with a smile.

Opened doors when arms were full of groceries, advice on where to go/eat was great. Loved our suite with full kitchen, beds so comfy, bathrooms nice and clean. Location is amazing, Trevini restaurant being right there is such a bonus, ate there twice. Publix across the street is wonderful, walked to Tessa's and Nick and Johnny's and the beach. We are going back as soon as we can!
Review 99：I contacted the manager prior to arrival. She responded via iphone withno hospitality nor professionalism. I had a problem with the card Iused to hold the room. She was rude and never even thanked me for myinterest in the Bradly but instead told me "Let me know what u rgoing to do." It would have been nice if she actually offered tofind a solution with me, instead of choosing to write like a 14 yearold would text.

Review 105：The manager of this hotel was so rude to us. They have a big problem with parking. If there is no parking spot available to have to find some other place to park your car. So you are staying at this hotel, but have to park your car three blocks away. I never seen such thing. If you staying at the hotel, they have to provide you a parking spot. We parked in front of the hotel because no other parking was available, and got the ticket. The worst manager ever told us that this is our problem, and do not guarantee parking to guests. She was yelling at us. I never stay at this hotel again.

Review 107：When we checked-in the gentleman on reception made us feel like he was doing us a favour be checking us into the hotel. We felt like we were interrupting what ever he was doing on the computer. Not the kind of hospitality which America and Florida is famous for. The hotel was under refurbishment, which was not mentioned when the reservation was made thorough booking.com and not on our confirmation. At 8am we were rudely awakened by what sounded like a jack-hammer out side our window. We could even not open the blinds as there were workers outside our window. We were hoping to wake up late and enjoy the morning in palm beach. When we complained to reception all they said it was mentioned on bookings.com that there was MINOR work taking place. They were not apologetic at all. We said to them that when we booked the hotel this was not shown otherwise we would have not booked this hotel. All receptionist said "it is on bookings.com" They were very rude and we would not go back to the hotel. Very disappointed! The rooms were nice, but areas of the rooms and bathroom were very worn and tired and the hotel furniture is old and needs updating. The Hotel tag line is "the best kept secret in palm beach", there are many reasons why it should be kept a secret. Nice hotel, bad hospitality, stay away.
