Review 1：We stayed at the Island Inn on the first night of our honeymoon, it's a minute walk to Pebbles beach, one of the most beautiful beaches we saw in Barbados. The staff are charming, food was very good and our room spacious and stylish. We arrived on 28 Dec and there was a Christmas present on our bed! Highly recommended.
Review 2：There are several issues that may bother some guests more than others. We chose the full board option. The food was middle of the road - generally equivalent to that acceptable in university cafeterias. The service in the restaurant was not friendly nor up to $400 per night standards. One got the impression that staff were not happy. There was the beginning of physical deterioration of the building as well i.e. problems with ceilings, paint finishes, burnt out light bulbs and plumbing fittings due to maintenance issues. Not serious individually - but not acceptable for this standard accommodation. The pool is also a lot smaller than the pictures on the web site would suggest.
Review 3：We liked the location in an heritage building. The landscaping was also well done.

Review 7：Island Inn is a small, friendly and quiet Hotel located less than aminute from Pebbles Beach. It is ideally suited to couples and solotravellers alike who enjoy peace, comfortable surroundings and a wellrun hotel - at a value for money price ( by Barbados standards! ).
