Review 1：the reception staff do not know how to treat customers booked in 5 stars hotel. I would . . rate the service is as 2 or 3 stars hotel. the receptionist gave me the room key and pointed on the elevator then turned around it is a shame I spent 15 minutes looking for the room.

Review 5：They don't give water, tea or coffee in the room which is strange for a 5 star hotel. The air conditioning wasn't working on the first day. Loads of people seem to go there for plastic surgery, so it's kind of weird in the restaurant when you see about 5 people who look like they have been through a car accident, with black eyes and bandaged noses! The hotel is meant to be accessible for disabled people, my colleagues who were disabled complained that the bathrooms in the rooms were not really accessible.

Review 7：I had to wait 1 hour to get a key to my room. Upon booking my room online, I had requested a room with an ocean view. After waiting 1 hour for my room key, I was given a room that was occupied by other people still staying there and that was not an ocean view. After the staff tried to give me a vacant room, it took another 30 minutes to get a room. The waiting time and mix up of the room was not a good first impression of the hotel.
