Review 1：Only one working ice machine, thermostat hard to control temperature, back door access not locked, breakfast not free and not served until 6:30am. Maid refused to give me extra towel even though I hadn't had daily service for two days. Heat lamps didnt work in bathrooms of last three rooms I was in. Mold on shower heads, and grout.

Review 3：The hotel was very nasty, hair in shower all over the wall, period blood on toilet seat, and on floor of bathroom,black mold on ceiling of shower, stains on sheets, carpets, counters. Heat didn't work. Telephone cord had been cut, couldn't even call the front desk to let them know about all the issues.Roaches walking down side of the tub and I took a pic of him, and walking down baseboards also, they left 1 washcloth and 2 floor towels. Breakfast was a scam also, u will b better w Mc Donalds. Chef has very dirty nails , they are black like he's a mechanic, greasy hair, and his pants looked like he just got done painting. Breakfast attendant very rude and lippy, and stayed at the front desk and didn't offer any service.Didn't feel safe either hotel is a dump!!!! U will be pissed never coming back again!!!!!

Review 4：Nothing this place was horrible!!!! Unprofessional staff, rude and not dressed appropriately to work at a front desk!!!!!The front desk attendant had on a babygirl t shirt bright pink, the collar had been chewed on and there where two visible holes....Then on top of that when she began to speak her breathe reeked of smoke, and her breathe smelt like death, exactly what she looked like also. Then she dug n her nose, and got upset when I asked her to sanitize her hand....

Review 5：Well asked for light bulbs several times and didn't get them, asked for a do not disturb sign, didn't get that, toilet ran every single night keeping us awake and the bed was super duper uncomfortable

Review 7：Bar was awful, limited mixers, drinks were disgusting. Cranberry juice was bitter like it was expired. Gnats around bar area and in some drinks. There was a water spot in the corner of my room, possibly from a leak in the ceiling.

Review 11：The 1st hotel room wasn't clean by a long shot and was in the very back hallway where the maintenance area was located. Went back to the front desk & was given a different room. The 2nd room was not immaculate by any means but cleaner than the 1st room given.

Review 12：Location, location, location...... Very easy in & out once a person found out the hotel was directly behind the 7-Eleven on Metcalf. The hotel front is directly in front of I-435.

The TV did not work I couldn't get any reception on the TV it was very very fuzzy was unable to identify what was on television television remote did not work

Review 18：Everyone was very friendly at check in. The bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave in the room. I love the plug ins on the lamp bases so it's easy to remember your charger when leaving. Our room was located near a side door so carrying stuff in and out was easy.

Review 19：breakfast coffee maker didn't work, they sent us to the lobby to get our own coffee. Beds were lumpy and the sheets came of during the night. Had to walk all over the building to find snacks after asking for help at front desk.

Review 21：Our room was just ok. Only 1 towel and wash cloth so had to call for more. Mattresses were old. TV remote didnt work. Stuff splattered on bathroom walls? only 1 ice machine worked. Staff knew about it. We were never notified of it at check in. I had to call front desk. While roaming the halls for ice all the back stairwells were very noticeably dirty. Looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months? This hotel needs some serious work.

Review 25：Needed extra pillows due to my husband having surgery. They didn't have any and didn't bother to call and tell us. I called back to the front desk an hour and a half later to find this out. Felt they should have been more proactive.

Review 30：On the second stay the same size room didn't have a refrigerator, and the ice machine wasn't working in the building. One of the additional access doors wasn't locked, so anybody could enter without a key.

Review 31：I loved the size of the room, location of the motel, everything was clean and neat. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Parking was convenient. I liked the discounted price, but it was only available for the two weeks, otherwise I would be staying there weekly.

I had to ask at front desk for one. Only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth in room originally. Front desk upon arrival did not inform us that every 3 days the door locks get changed. We stayed for 4 overnights. When we came back to the hotel late after the end of the day we had to go to the front desk to get a new key. That was the first time we found out about the lock changes. We did get an inexpensive charge for the hotel room. We were told the charge for the room was a special rate the day we registered. I assumed the rate was due to things being in transition and renovation hadn't started yet.

Review 39：Cleaning staff very nice when I asked for more bathroom towels. Cleaning staff very pleasant and helpful. Front desk pleasant when dealing with them. Hotel near to our daughter's house in Prairie Village. Which was why we picked that hotel. That and the outer look of the building. My daughter also liked the front desk area and lobby. Also only a 15 minute trip to my daughter's house.

Review 40：No elevator?! What multi-floor hotel doesn't have an elevator?!!Really old worn out slippery bathtub with no grab bar. Lumpy mattresswith lousy pillows. Bad television reception/picture and short ontowels. Turned out the previous guest left a dirty washcloth on thecurtain rod, so I guess the housekeeper shorted the next guest tobalance the count. Ick!

Review 42：The place is old. Hallways aren't air conditioned. Doors are scuffed paint. Outside doors don't even lock, anyone can come and go as they please. Restaurant and bar was closed by 9 on a Fri night!!!!

Review 44：I appreciated the fact that you had free wifi however, it did not work. I could connect to the wifi but then I could not get online. Also, even though the a/c cooled the room very well, it was still really humid in our room.

Review 52：The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything around you and others can hear every move you make as well. During my stay a water pipe busted in the middle of the night causing water to flood the hall and made a huge hole in the ceiling that was never fixed as long as I was staying there.

Review 63：I booked my reservation for two nights at this property and both days I never had clean linens there was two of use sharing the same room a double room and didn't have but one set of linens the first day and didn't have any the second day at all. Called for room service and they had to scrap up enough linens that night for the both of us. will not recommend this property unless you bring your own linens.it was an old out dated dirty motel if I had to give it a star rating I would give it a 1 star.
