Review 1：Incredible place! It is almost perfect, clean, large, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, striking and impeccable lobby and common areas. Very quiet rooms

Review 2：Super friendly staff, convenient location, shuttle service to Disneyland and back ($5 a day), free parking, free and delicious breakfast, clean room, comfy beds. I had gone to the wrong Ayres Hotel and the staff working at the front desk was so nice, he offered to drive me to the correct hotel free of charge! He really saved me!

Review 3：Bed was like a hammock, TV would dim after 1 minute, AC sounded like a Cessna taking off. A tech came to the room to try to fix the TV but was not knowledgable enough to troubleshoot the problem.

Review 5：mattress cover moves around and can make the bed uncomfortable. the t.v. would fade from dark to light regardless of changing settings. told the front office first day we were there and the first guy didnt seem to helpful, so i told another guy when we left and he wrote down the info to get it fixed.

Review 6：loved all the amenities (microwave, refrigerator, big bath room). the room and bathroom were clean. the A/C worked really good. the shuttle (ART) was not expensive and even though the pick up is next store (not far) it was really good transportation to disney. the breakfast was wonderful.

Review 7：I was disappointed when I arrived and was not allowed early check-in as I was promised the day before. The desk attendant said early check-in rooms are subject to availability (which I get) but I should not have been promised otherwise. He kept questioning who I spoke to the day before, but I insisted it shouldn't matter who I spoke to- if it was noted on my reservation, I should be given a room. The most frustrating thing was a friend of ours who was also staying at the hotel, called the day before and spoke to this desk attendant, was given an early check-in rook right after I had tried. The room itself was clean and met our needs. The only problem was there was a buzzing sound that came from the refrigerator that kept us up all night. We asked the front desk to check on the issue while we were out. Im not sure if they did because when we returned the buzzing persisted.

Review 8：That I asked for a king bed and extra pillows and got 2 queens and no extra pillows. I called the day before to make sure we were down for a king bed and they said yes. It made it hard to sleep because our son usually sleeps between us during travel so that he does not fall off bed. i did not bother going to ask for a king because we were tired from driving 11 hours from Northern California and we just wanted to rest. It should have just been given to us.

Review 13：No bell staff. Guy watched us drive up. Open our car with all of ourstuff. He finished his cigarette and walked back inside. When At thedesk I asked for a cart. Guys says. &Quot;You need help with bags".We called for extra towels. They never showed. We went and got themourselves. . This is not a 4. 5 star hotel. This is an inside motelworth about $75. Not the $200 we paid.

Review 14：Poor breakfast. All the unhealthy stuff. Either full of sugar or greasy. No boiled eggs, no health yogurt, no fresh cheese, no vegetables. The fruit salad was always mushy. Pan cake and bacon were very uninviting. They looked pathetic. We had to bring our breakfast items with us to the breakfast hall such as cheese, yogurt and vegetables. The only items we consumed amongst the available hotel items were bread and tea or coffee.

Review 16：It was too far from Long beach and the city. We had not idea as when we looked at the map it seemed closer. It was very near a highway. We had ants in both rooms.

Review 23：The room was very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the fresh fruit/cookies near entrance were a welcoming touch.

Review 24：As much as I wanted to give a higher rating I couldn't. We had ants in both of the rooms we stayed in. Thought it might be just a one off but when we saw ants in the next room it really turned us off. The beds were not comfortable. We stayed 10 nights and by the time we left we were due for a visit at the chiropractor. Beds very soft and sunken in. The pool although stated as heated was freezing. Not sure if they had the heat turned on. Only ended up using the one day.

Review 25：Breakfast was great and handy. We were able to save money by eating in. Not too much variety but what they did have was good. Pancakes eggs Free parking. Lots of room to park...and free. Wifi was great as well. Out first room on the 3rd floor had fast wifi our second room on the 4th was a lot slower.

Review 26：The pillows (while fluffed daily) became pancake flat when you lay on them. It's a VERY minor thing ... But just a suggestion. Some firmer pillows would be nice.

Review 42：The parking lot was a little too close to our room. We had a car with its reverse lights a few feet from our window and they stayed that way for about 5 minutes it made us realize If the driver forgot they were in reverse they could easily be in our room.

We traveled with 2 young children and the staff were more than accommodating and professional. We also utilized the shuttle to Disneyland that is right next door at the Ayres Inn. I would recommend this hotel for family's and anyone who wants a luxury feel at an affordable price!

Review 50：This location has a huge echoing lobby. Our room was above the front desk area and at times it was noisy. Saturday and Sunday breakfasts start at 7am.

Review 53：They put a lot of thought into the building of this Hotel and it's room. There is plenty of counter space in the rooms. There is a small partition separating the beds. The tub and shower are huge. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.
