Review 1：Everything. Worst stuff, ugliest hotel. Nothing to do as a five star hotel. You ask for a towel whem you're around the pool, they told us they were out of towels, and there was only two more people there. They are used tı llying.

Review 3：For 5* you would expect a coffeemaker in the room We ordered a taxi at the hotel to go somewhere. In the middle of the night we took another taxi back, which appeared to be 2x cheaper then the taxi which the hotel arranged. The hotel's taxi didnt have a meter also, so I guess this was not a real taxi, and definitely overcharged us.

Review 7：This hotel being a 5 star is a real joke. I really wonder if they have ever been in a 5 star hotel before. Their service and approach to the guests are way below a 5 star hotel. My guest was turned down by a receptionist and was not allowed to visit me in my room. It was during the day time and receptionist tried to charge me extra for my guest's visit. I was extremely pissed of by this attitude and told them I wanted to cancel my booking. She said this was possible, but my credit card would be charged full rate of the room anyway. Instead of finding a solution to my request, they tried to explain me the rules and procedures of their hotel which I don't even have the slightest interest to listen to. When I called a cab via reception later on, they called a cab belonging to the hotel, which is not a standard local yellow cab. (guess why?) I have never stayed in such a terrible "so called" 5 star before. I have the worst possible experience of my stay, and I wouldn't stay there again even for free.

Review 9：I can rate the hotel as 3 or 4 stars maximum not a 5 stars !! very old hotel and need a lot of maintenance and renovations inside the rooms and bathrooms. no access to beach from hotel and also it looks like it's ignored beach there. as it is without benefits that all rooms are on sea view. If you don't have a car then don't book at this hotel.

Review 10：Wifi coverage is good ( not excellent ). Value for money and car parking available. very helpful staff. The double rooms ( 2 adult ) actually it's enough for 3 persons ( adult ).

Room= Poor, EntireHotel was empty joining room was occupied and noisy. There was a extrabed in the room, this made room very depressive. Room had double andsingle bed and one chair? Service= Poor. 5* Hotel in swimming pool theywant to charge money for hair bonnets. Not enough slippers, towels andwater in the sauna, they run around for them from one service to other.I don't think it justify Booking' name and your reputation. Notfair status comparing with other 5* Kocaeli and Sakarya...

Review 31：Noting about Emex was impressed me, comparing with other 5* at thislocation(Kocaeli or nearby Sakarya) Hotel should not been 5*. Perhaps,could be good for Business or Wedding receptions!!! But not for leisure.Staff were cold, did not speak English.
