Review 3：Saturday evening gave us a bit noise from Karaoke next door. Seemed to stop between 23.00 and 00.00.

Review 12：Wow, this is the place to stay in when you visit Kanchanburi. Everything from staff to location, food taste and quality, activities, tranquility, shopping and tourist sites all are brilliant.

Review 14：Very friendly staff. Very helpful with tips of places to go and things to see. Also tried to get us checked in as soon as possible even though we arrived early. Lovely pool facilities, the rooms were very comfortable. Included breakfast was very nice, something for everyone.

Review 15：The receptionist tried to contact me many times to confirm whether we would come or not. I confirmed her once 3 days prior to coming. At the date we had to check in, a receptionist tried to call us again and we were at the Erawan waterfall and had no mobile signal. They almost cancelled our booking, that's really bad. They told us that they couldnt cut our credit card. So I was confused about this.

Review 16：The price was very valuable. The atmosphere was very good.

Review 17：Really liked this place and these are very small niggles. I really liked my room although a little more storage space would be welcome. The shower is a small step down in the bathroom and very easy to trip over so worth paying attention! All the meals I ate were of good quality though it is a shame that when you are eating breakfast in such a gorgeous location that you have to put up with people's cigarette smoke wafting all over you. Really think this should be banned.

Review 18：There are lots of rooms to suit all budgets and tastes. I booked the best one which fronts directly onto the river with a great balcony. The welcome and service were superb. The Wi-Fi was perfectly adequate and sleep quality very good. Breakfast was enjoyable. Location is good with the bridge about a 20 minute walk in one direction and the cemetery the same in the other (though taxis are plentiful). You are close to the main street with all the bars, restaurants and shops. I think this will be my automatic first choice for future visits, especially if I can get the river side room again.

Review 20：Nice swimming pool and restaurant on the riverside, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Roughly halfway between the bridge and Kanchanaburi station, the perfect base for exploring Kanchanaburi!

Review 21：It was a quiet location, though close enough to anything that you wanted to visit in Kanchanaburi. They were super efficient and helpful with sorting tours and made everything as easy as possible for you as guests. The food choice was also really good.

Review 23：I was fortunate to discover Good Times Resort,since my numorous visits to Thailand.Waking up from a comfortable bed at dawn, to a Riverview with the mist floating above, to experience the spirit of Kanchanaburi, was indeed inspiring. I had tasty breakfasts on the deck beside the river,in the lush garden with a variety of exotic trees. The personalised attention of the lady owner,and the ever smiling and helpful staff, made me feel very much at home.MAY at the front office was absolutely great ! Thank you for a great stay, and I will return in May 2016 !

Review 29：Paid extra for river side view, we were not disappointed. Excellently appointed hotel, clean, good food and very friendly staff. Perfect location for exploring Kanchanaburi and surrounding area.

Review 30：1) The water heater in the toilet is, gas boiling system, too hot even the lowest setting that has to be on/off several times. 2) The staff said the credit card machine was malfunction but when I asked if there is another machine available, she said yes but 4% charged. It's very inconvenient that I had to pay by the cash. 3) Too many insects.

Review 32：It's right next to the river and the scenery is amazing, rooms are as beautiful as the photos shown and not only my kids loved the pool. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful in arranging our trip to Erawan.

Review 34：We had the best room which fronted directly onto the river. It was so relaxing just sitting on our terrace watching the boats go by. I loved the first moment in the morning when you opened the curtains and looked straight out onto the river. Breakfast was great. We also ate lunch in the hotel which was fabulous. They made the food really spicy for us which we love and is rare (you could of course have the same food not spicy). We borrowed the bicycles and it was great just to cycle between the villages on the quiet side of the river. The staff really helped with our onward travel (Irene in particular spoke to our minivan driver and he dropped us off in Bangkok and even got us a taxi to the airport). Everything was really lovely x

Review 61：Its an oasis in near the river, I took the only room that is located right on the river side, and it great decision, enjoyed every minute of the stay there especially u can view the whole river and the activities from your own bed!

Review 70：The light in the room is a bit too dimmy. As an introverted person, I am not particularly happy having been in the position that I have to share balcony with others (my mum was delighted but I am, unfortunately, not). My room is centre bit closed to their lake.

Review 71：The location of hotel is terrific. It is located right next to the River Khea Yhai and not far away from food stalls, convenient stores and tourist attractions. The room is spacious, clean. The breakfast was good as well (reasonable for price). It is a mix between buffet (salad, bread, and drinks) and non-buffet meals (main).

Review 72：Helpful and friendly staffs, great food, nice room with a large bath room, located in the heart of Kanchanaburi province, very close to the Historic Railway and it is located in the centre of Kanchanaburi where you can get to other places easily.

Review 74：The room we stayed in was lovely - we were travelling in a group of three and it was nice the hotel had a triple room rather than an extra bed chucked in that looks out of place. We were given a pool view room without requesting and the pool was always quiet. The staff were also very helpful even when we made a mistake on the trip we'd booked for the next say.

Review 81：The Good Times Resort is very comfortable - our room was a few metres from the banks of the River Kwai - the owners and staff are wonderful and it was just perfect for our visit to Kanchanaburi for Anzac Day.

Review 89：Lovely room well sized with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was great part buffet part ordered so you could have as much as you liked. Set by the river the restaurant is a lovely place to go for an evening meal. Staff were very good and helpful although the gas bottle change for our shower took 2 separate times of asking. The swimming pool was lovely and clean.

Staff were really accommodating to our plans, helping us book out tour and taxi to the airport suggesting that we settled the bill the night before we left so we could dash quickly in the morning. Staff organised a brilliant taxi where the driver looked after us throughout the afternoons drive to see 'the hellfire pass' and museum.

Review 105：Only few minor drawbacks. TV had only channels in thai. When you order food, remember to say if you want it spicy or not. I once forgot, and my coconut soup burned my tongue and lips! But they offered a replacement, even if I refused in the end. Few waiters are very poor in English so you might end up not knowing what you are about to eat.

Review 106：The room was clean, modern, its utilities working well (air cond., safety box, shower). The swimming pool wasn't very big or deep, but enough to refresh and relax (especially with their delicious Mango shake in my hand). Breakfast was good, as well as the restaurant food which had reasonable prices (10/15 EUR for a 2 ppl meal at the time I went). The staff (except few waiters in the restaurant) spoke English well, and were really helpful and concerned about our satisfaction.Location is somehow between the famous bridge and the central part of the town (cemeteries), but bit long by walk to reach any of them.

Review 128：Great staff and the owner/manager is hands-on working long hours. Wonderful location with direct access to the river. I was there before and now its even better with improved breakfast and 2 new wings of rooms. They are even improving right now with new sun patio at the river.
