Review 1：Room service sometimes only late at afternoon. Computer in "Business Center" corner a museum piece, slow, useless ie for online flight checkin... never mind. Indoor pool a bit cold (air), (ok it was winter season), no chairs in pool area.

Review 3：Air conditioning system was set to heat, while outside temperature was still hot, hotel staff said they cannot do anything about it. I could not sleep with my window closed because it was really hot in the room, and I could not leave the window open because of noise coming from the main road. One of the worse sleep quality I've had in hotel, visitors, beware.

Review 14：We liked the location of the hotel close to the city center and main mall it was very easy to find. The staff were really helpful and friendly, It had all the fscilities we needed and more . There was a spa and a pool but unfortunately we couldn't use it because we stayed only for one night. I really liked the idea of choosing your pillow with alot of choices for maximum comfort and a good night sleep.

Easy acess to cost effective and highly efficient bus coach transport systembfrom early morning till late nightm between town and city transfers from Istanbul. Close to Sea of Mamara, within 10 min walking distance. Hotel with good sea views and great local Turkish cuosine.

Review 65：I booked and payed a room with sea view but I got a room looking at a wall. The main problem though was the matress of the bed. It was of very bad quality and it was painfull to lay on it. Even though I explained and complained at the check-out I was fully charged the price of a room with sea view. I dont recommened this hotel to people with back problems!

Review 69：I can only comment that this is only a three star hotel and cosmetically very impressive for that rating,but just needs a further little attention to details in one or two areas,eg: carpeting in restaurant small area leading to terrace ect but nothing that really affected our attitude to still return.
