Review 1：We spent a sweltering night with a broken AC after being told it was fixed. It was never fixed and we had to move to another room. Our bill was not adjusted for this inconvenience.

Review 2：The staff was friendly.

Review 3：Breakfast options were quite limited and not very good quality. Not even any kind of choco milk. Other hotels in the same area and price range offer much better options and even offer complimentary dinner. Room was noisy due to closeness to the highway. All king bed rooms face the highway. Bathtub drain was partially clogged and was not fixed during my stay.

Review 8：The personnel,the service, the accommodations. Everything was like clockwork. As a family, all we had to do was take care of business and have fun at the same time. It was wonderful to have a great breakfast selection and clean, comfortable accommodations with no hassle, and a courteous, polite staff.

Review 11：I lost my wallet and a young man Trevor found it called me in my room and told me he had found it my money and my credit cards were all there very honest and I was very grateful to him thank you for having people like that around on your staff and your team

Review 12：I didn't like that my son went inside to see if there were any rooms vacant. They told him that all the rooms were booked. When he came back to the car and told me this, I went online and reserved two rooms at this same hotel. 5 minutes later I walked inside and told the front desk that I had reserved a room. I didn't get their name, but the manager was a black guy and the lady that was checking is in was a black woman in her thirties. She seemed pretty new. He kept explaining to her how to operate the computer. Other than that they were ok. Neither one of them were very friendly by any means. I own my on business too. If this had happened at my shop I would have been irate that my help had turned down business.

Review 14：Hotel is tucked away...hard to find (and we lived here!!). Especially frustrating after a 12 hr drive with two small, tired kids. Excellent location once you find it though...near shopping, restaurants, I10...call for directions in advance.

Review 20：The breakfast bar staff closed the bar down and people were still inside eating. I thought that was rude! I can understand closing the bar down to new customers passed the closing time, but there were people still eating and the staff quickly shut everything down!

Review 22：I was looking for a place with indoor pool. Booking.com had pictures of an indoor pool. It said outdoor in the writing of description. But I didn't notice it. There was only an outdoor pool. Hotel blamed booking.com and they blamed the hotel. The New Years Eve night was ruined. I had four girls that wanted to swim but it was too cold. No apologies from either.

Review 25：I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, but they were booked so this was my second choice. I will definitely stay there again when I come back! I had a king suite and I really like the layout. Beds are really comfortable, and room is quiet. Bathroom is clean and roomy. Large flat screen with HBO was great. Very clean all around. Fridge and microwave came in handy as I have strict dietary requirements. Staff was very friendly.

One night I had to leave and came back very late after hours and the young girl who was at the desk would never come to let me in.(I rang the bell for around thirty minutes) I finally walked around the hotel and banged on my families room to come let me in...very frustrating!!! Also there is a black guy who works later hours who loves to yell loudly on his cell phone forever .... I could hear him down the hall a few nights in a row.....Everytime I saw him he was sitting on his cell phone. I'd love to get paid to do that....lol

Review 29：Liked the ease of our room in location to the pool and washing machines since we were there for three weeks. The snacks and drinks to buy were a great touch. Room was clean and maids did a great job. I really enjoyed the day crew at the front desk....they were very nice.
