Review 1：The beds were two singles put together which made it very uncomfortable. The hotel didn't have an ATM..and had to pay for a safe.

Review 2：The animation team were very entertaining! Great location interms of where the resort is based. Very clean and tidy hotel. Served lovely yummy food!

Review 4：The water was not hot enough in the swimming pool. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable. The landscape from our room was not great.

Review 6：Reception Staff . I have stayed at this hotel very many times . In spite of this , the room allocated was in a poor , noisy location with horrible views . To be fair they did move me after one night .

Review 8：An all inclusive should be all inclusive... We had to pay for a night at the Chinese restaurant... The hotel needs a good lick of paint... The gym is dirty aand the equipment is in need of repair.. and the kids play area needs re painting... The staff are old and been doing same job for years and it shows. You get the feeling they are being nice to you just to get a tip...Not good practice. Book the rui instead you pay a bit more but it's worth it.

Review 10：This is the second time I have stayed at the sentido phenicia but the first time on my own. I had an amazing time the staff were so friendly, I didn't want to leave. I'm going back in October and can't wait. I can't fault the place.

Review 11：Long queues in dining room for second sitting which made meals late, but it was the busiest week of the year. The waiters had a problem keeping up the plate and cutlery provision although they worked flat out.

Review 12：Hotel's beach location. Although high season, the hotel, gardens and beach accommodated guests well without overcrowding. We found quiet places to relax. The buffet style restaurants provided a good variety of food, crepes and omelettes cooked to order. Reception, porters and cleaning staff attentive and polite. Our room and bathroom were spotless.

Review 13：Not very crowded but dinner is divided and should be reserved before since no available table. The worst thing is the people who stops you during walk and try to sell something. It was common in Tunusia but even in resort disturbing and annoying a lot.
