Review 1：Toilet paper on top of tank, no roller. tissue box empty. phone was from Holiday Inn Express, Rm. 315 and cord didn't stay in. No hairdryer,iron,alarm clock, or table lamp. 2 towels for 3 guests.Walls everywhere were patched from floor to ceiling in desperate need of paint. Flushing of toilet made horrific sound. refused to compensate, per Booking.com, due to no pictures to validate. My word or adult childrens were not acceptable

Review 3：Cockroaches on walls when we walked in. Bugs crawling all over in bathtub. Thought about sleeping in car. Stay away. Spend more money and stay someplace else.

Review 5：To get into the room sometimes ut qould be difficult when we would scan the card the door wouldnt open, this happened a lot, according to the hotel worker, she said it was cause of the heat would mess with the electronic lock.
Review 6：The fact that the room was spacious enough for my family of 4, the ac worked perfectly love turning the setting super cold. It had its own mini fridge, which worked perfectly kept out uce chilled, we also had a microwave. Our tv was a fkat screen and.we had direct tv good channels and movies! Wifi was good, it dropped signal twice only, but very fast.And also lots of food places, 7-11 like right next door or across the street which was perfect!
Review 7：The room wasn't ready when we got there, we had to stay in a smokingroom, so it smelled. There was a hole in the wall. There wasn'tenough towels, even though I requested some through the front desk.thebathroom was horrible, this place has not been updated in decades! CostWay too much money for what you actually get.

Review 11：No slider bar or chain on door but there was a deadbolt and electronic locks. No lock on sliding window in bathroom but it opened up to a block wall, so I used my metal clipboard to secure it and I slept like a baby. No "Do Not Disturb" sign, so I made one, got an actual sign the next day, hung it on the door when I left for the day, came back and they had cleaned my room anyways (don't expect privacy) but the room needed cleaning cuz my feet were grossly dirty after I took a shower and walked around barefoot. Furniture was busted up but the bed was decent, the wifi and cable tv were excellent

Review 13：I went to grab food which was nice and close...went back to my room stepped into the restroom and the floor was filled with water...it had overflowed out of the sink. When i went to the office to report I felt the irritation in a the clerks voice and mannerisms... she said she'll have to move my room and clean it, which I agree then I asked are ypu going to call the plumber she replied yes she had to but she was giving someone a henna tattoo then shed deal with the it...I got my new room key grabbed my stuff and swiched rooms...got settled in returned to the other kwy and returned back to the new room to finally use the restroom and the floor toilet would not completely flush...treied calling the office go no answer....never saw or heard plumbers but the D.V. across the way happening and the little kids coming over asking me to call 911 just about made me want to sleep in my car at the gas station. But I called a friend to come stay qirh me and I did wake up refreshed...never again tho.

Review 15：Didn't like that the place was not very clean, furnishings were out dated, and the room smelled musty. We asked for a wake up call which we never got. When we went to check out early the reception area was closed and locked. A staff person finally opened a walk up window and took the key and returned the $5.00 cash deposit. No conversation from staff, no thanks, no nothing.
Review 16：Over all the place was quiet and close to several businesses that we could access as needed. Staff did respond quickly with getting the television to work. Had microwave and small fridge which was useful.
Review 17：Words can't describe this place, so I took pictures to show my family. They were equally disgusted! Holes in the ceiling, huge burn marks in the tub, nails sticking out of the walls, etc. Outlets in the bathroom didn't work, microwave didn't work.

Review 27：There wasn't maid service, unless asked. This included having to ask for clean towels and toillet paper. I asked one of the cleaning staff for clean towels and she said i should have asked earlier in the day. I wasn't there until that evening.you also have to pay for ice.

Review 31：Ice Machine was BROKEN and it was nearly 100 degrees. No elevator, requested ground floor due to having equipment on trip that is heavy, had to make several trips up narrow strairs. Really late maid service, my room didn't get serviced on my 2nd day and I aborted my 3rd day stay and cut my trip short.

Review 33：Had a King bed and only 1 pillow. No Do Not Disturb sign for door! Mattresses need to be updated as well as furniture is written on and gross room 204 & 205, toilet ran, every time refrigerator turned over TV would turn of then on, lighting horrible. Not going back again.

Review 35：Close to everything. My room 104 was a Pergo floor, which is better than carpeting. Everything was fine, bed very comfy. My only negative is that all 4 times I have stayed here, I have noted that the tub in bathroom has lots of burn marks. My room is a non smoking room. Also bath in general needs some updating. I love the shutters in the bed room and the microwave and mini fridge are fine. Obviously as I have stayed here often. I think it is a good value.

Review 109：Very close, walking distance from several places to eat. Close to Katella, a major thru street. The room was good, the bathroom was clean but needed some work.
Review 110：Check out is too early 10:30am we are used checking out around 12:30pm with a request for a late check out anywhere else allows it except here so the only downfall here is they absolutely won't dont budge on late check outs :(

I didn't like the whole place in general- walls are thin, toilet didn't flush, bath looked extremely dirty. But I was expecting all that.
Review 113：It was a cheap place to crash for one night. Pretty much it was dirty and our toilet didn't flush but really I didn't expect much for around $60. I would never stay there for a family vacation it was just a pit stop just to sleep lying down and not in a car.

Review 118：Filth, had to mop the bare floors(?) before walking around barefooted. The toilet was NOT sanitized and had debris around the bowl. They need to fire their housecleaning lady. No clock radio, the air conditioning stunk, like the filter hadn't been changed or cleaned, the whole room had a unpleasant odor like it needed a much needed cleaning. The window blinds inadequately blocked out the bright light illuminating from the hallway fixture outside. Very unpleasant stay, wouldn't recommend it!

Review 122：The sheets and towels were stained, room had foul odor, drawers were dirty and the bed sheets had what looked like bed bug "poop" because it looks like small ink stains. Although we asked for a non smoking room our room smelled like a chain smoker lived there.
Review 123：The room keys use holes to determine if the key is correct would take about 30 seconds to duplicate using an old credit card and the room number is on the key I would not leave anything in the room I cared about. The remote for the direct tv box did not control the tv I had to get up to turn it on or off and adjust the volume.
Review 124：Big A is an older motel but my room was clean the bed was comfy the bathroom was also clean the floor is laminate vs carpet so it is very easy to keep clean. WiFi was fine and the tv is direct tv
Review 125：Friend room sink clog up, change to another room sink had no water had to call for service. Bathroom window has no curtain, lighting in room very dim, towel smells clean but has a lot of stains, bathroom tub has a lot of burn marking, requested to check out 2 days early once we arrived but the motel said that we will be charge for all 4 days. Rooms where not vacuum daily. Only 1 key per room, we had 3 rooms and rooms smell musty.

The carpet had numerous large, smellystains. The satellite tv didn't work as it was unable to receive asignal from the satellite. Staff tried to claim we "broke thesatellite." There wasn't even a phone in the room. Thehandicapped accessible room didn't have any safety bars in the combobath/shower, which is non-accessible to the wheelchair-bound. Therewasn't a fold down bench or even a plastic shower chair to transferinto. A banner hung outside the motel claimed the motel had beenremodeled: if this motel was remodeled, it must have been condemnedpreviously.

Review 133：The tv sucked. The living quarters were early American poor-dreary anddepressing at best. The mattress out in the parking lot should have beena red flag! The place is infested with drug dealers -they were fightingabout a quarter right outside my room and thats probably not the onlyinfestations there. You guys at the big a need to break bread and fix upthe rooms paint the walls get some new tile and carpet and dont hang thepictures where the top of them hits the ceiling. Get the drug dealersout of there (2 rooms down from me- I was in 210) and get the trash intothe dumpster and pay to have it hauled off once in awhile.
Review 134：I appreciated the front desk clerk-I left w/out my cell phone and heretrieved it and had it waiting when I came back by. Also he did notblink about my service dog-they do not allow pets. However, I think theyshould rethink that policy. I am thinking that I would probably not haveallowed my pet into that room had I known! Disgusting! Shower pressurewas fantastic.

At 3 AM - gushing water leak from ceiling in bathroom - was told someone would to check it. Waited for an hour and fell asleep. No one came to my room to check it. Noisy air conditioner. Bed not made.Was told if I stayed longer, bedding changed every 3-days..
