Review 1：The parking lot wasn't clean from snow, and we had to drift with the car to park.

Review 2：The room was small, but really comfortable, with modern furniture. The staff was friendly and really helpful. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and we could try traditional slovak meals. It was close to Zahradiste, only a 5 minute drive to central parking.

Review 7：We had to go to villa gardena as this hotel had technical issues. (We couldnt even find it! Think it has been renamed) No food or drink available. no facilities available either. no wifi. but staff were good as they compensated us for our disappointing stay.

Half an hour before the closing time of the breakfast, they started to pack all the food and when we ask to unpack it because there is still time and we wanted to eat, they acted very rude and did not want to refill the plates that were finished already

Review 27：1. Although we had a room for 4 people with 4 beds, not space for 4 people luggage. You need to leave your suitcases on the floor and jump over. The wardrobe is also not designed for 4 P.2. in the third day of our stay, we were asking to clean the floor because of to much dust and we were told only this time is for free, next one will be charged @3 euros. 3. trash not removed by personnel although the price for renting is not cheap. 4. expensive breakfast (7 euros)

Review 29：This was a real challenge to check in after 8 pm in spite of arrangement with receptionist. She left the key in one of restaurants but give us wrong name of it, moreover she didn't answer the phone. We spend about an hour going from one place to another searching the key. Next day we checked out quite early (about 8 am) and she wasn't at her working place yet, so we haven't seen her.
