Review 4：Lovely place with private pools attached to the delux rooms. The standard don't have pools which seems a bit of an oversight but the view of the mountains is nice. Had they had a public pool for standard rooms, we would have stayed a bit longer but we wanted a pool after the river Kwai (pronounced Kway not kwhy). A good 7.5 out of 10. The manager was lovely. :)
Review 5：Mimi was an excellent host! She made sure we were comfortable and helped us with a last minute activity booking. We booked super late at night, about 30 minutes prior to arrival and they were all ready for us. Excellent experience and the view at breakfast was surprising!

Review 10：What a wonderful property! We spent two nights here and it was faultless. We reserved the private pool villa, well worth it - the room was huge, clean and very spacious; everything one could need. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful with local attractions etc. We enjoyed room service on one of the nights, which was delicious! 10/10.
Review 11：have a little nice breakfast not too much for choice and when I arrive to hotel from Bangkok and sleep just only 1 hour when I came to check in they are tell me that not have smoking room when we are make booking (actually in the my booking can choose smoking or no smoking room). I thought that we got nice view but it's unexpected that I thought but it's big room for me

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and gave us breakfast for free on our second morning even though we didn't have vouchers. One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at. Review 14：no water heater for a hotel like that, it s very surprising, the night are cold, don't come here in winter. During the week end seems like there is a night club not far from hotel which play techno music u can hear it even in toilet, it's quite noisy . 5 to 11 pm (not 100% of time, around)

Review 22：Far from Hellfire Pass and Erawan Falls but that's the tradeoff of being near the fork in the river system. Had we chosen to explore the northwestern part of the river system as well, the location would have served us better in the logistical sense.
Review 23：Accessibility to both branches of the Kwai Noi (though we did not travel in both directions). Quiet, peaceful and scenic location with a majestic view of the nearby mountains and temples that we visited.
Review 24：You should not go there without a car as there is nothing speial to see around. No employee speeks english, not even at the reception, which is not at all acceptable in a four start hotel. In case you need help in the evening when the manger is away: forget it. To use the room service for dinner you have to got to the reception with the menu to show them what you need by pointing on the pictures. Be prepared to eat what you get as the lady at the breakfast-egg-station will not even understands the only 3 words she needs (fried egg, scrambled egg, and omlette). But hey: it is always a suprise. The hotel manager is very frienldy and speaks acceptable english. But be sure once she started a conversation you will not have time on your own to enjoy the beautiful scenery as she will stay and go on talking. The bathroom is big but was the worst one we have seen during a 4 week roadtrip (and we only had hostels except for this hotel for christmas). they killed insects but just left them everywhere on the walls.

Review 28：The pool water is not clean enough, we can see dried leaves and some debris in the pool. This hotel is located quite far from downtown unless you drive your own car. Otherwise, you should choose somewhere near city centre.
