Review 1：The coffee creamer was all chunky and spoiled. They obviously hasn't changed it out in a while. Need to be more careful when offering food products. Make sure they're fresh.

Review 17：The design and decor were lovely. It was a cozy one bedroom apartment, not a "hotel" feel at all. Felt very homey yet still luxurious. (Gorgeous wood crown molding.) Huge bathroom, plenty of towels, and hot water came right on! Kitchen had all the utensils and trappings you would need if cooking. Two flat screen TVs and a fireplace. Unit even had its own clothes washer-dryer. Had everything we needed for a very pleasant weekend stay. Could have easily stayed longer. Also found some very nice restaurants nearby. Amazing value for the price.
Review 18：The internet connects to your devices (Ipad and I phone 5S), but the signal was too slow to download anything, even emails, so it was worthless. In fact to check my emails, I had to turn the wifi off on my phone so the wifi didn't interfere with the phone signal.
Review 19：Very large Casita with flat screen TV in living room and old style TV and DVD player in the bedroom. Very nice kitchen, and had a washer and dryer. There are two pools near the building in which the unit was located, so I could go to a quieter pool when there were a group of noisy kids in the other pool the first night. The location is also quiet as it is a block off any busy street, behind the embassy suites.
Review 20：we forgot to put a snack away overnight in the fridge. Ants were present in the kitchen the following morning. No biggee though.

Walked in to find a beautiful ,clean, well decorated, inviting apt. We were so happy. Grounds were beautiful , pools immaculate and warm. ** I need to note that Sandy was wonderful. She called after the reservation was made to touch base & see if we needed anything. I asked for a ground floor due to a knee replacement. She found the perfect place for us. Close to parking & pools. VERY grateful to her for that

Review 36：Management. What a nightmare. Either Sandy is incompetent in managing a property or she is significantly understaffed. Probably a combination of both. Check-in was as un-smooth as possible with Sandy not answering our 10 phone calls when trying to figure out how to check-in. We were there for Coachella and while they try and shove their proprietary shuttle service down you throat (4 times, all declined, 1 with e-mail proof), come home after our stay to a $340 charge for shuttle passes that were never purchased, never agreed to be purchased, never used etc etc. Several e-mails and calls to Sandy who is unresponsive and flat out rude in getting this mistake solved. It's been 3 weeks now, still nothing, extremely frustrating and would NOT stay here again. Too many great properties in the area to settle and deal with her. Very unfortunate to have to write this

Review 44：Iron didn't work, dirty dishes in dishwasher were overlooked by housekeeping when I arrived so I needed to wash some dishes to get a clean spoon but I couldn't find any dish soap, overall clean except those things, decor was outdated but there was nothing wrong with it

The toilet ran all night, & I had to turn off the water behind the toilet just to get some sleep. Both the kitchen and bathroom faucets leaked all over the counter when turned on. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The carpet appeared dirty as well.

Review 53：We travel quite often both domestically and internatinally and seldom write a review. This is one of the worst hotel/ vacation experiences. We were accused of removing pool and bath towels and got charged $50. My wife tried to resolve this issue on the phone after few email exchanges, the staff on the phone started yelling and hung up the phone. Never have experienced customer service yelling hung up phone.. From the business owner point of view, this business need to step up, needs to train the staff. Why the hell we would take used hotel towels for? Money is not the issue here, accusing things we didnt do made us so frustrated.
