Review 1：-Room was really dusty, cup ring marks left on tables and night stands -Room was ludicrously hot with the heat off and -2 C outside -Blinds don't close completely, with large gaps. Blinding morning light from no blackout curtains

Review 6：When we complained about the door that separated our room with our neigbours (kind of family room, without isolation), we got placed in an normal room. So: friendly staff.

We wanted to sleep early to do a long and difficult hike and we were so tired in the morning that we cancelled it... We tried to change the room but according to the staff, the hotel was full... Anyway, we didn't get any compensation and NOBODY told us about the bar when we booked the room and when we arrived at the hotel. A SHAME !

Review 21：The hotel is in need of updating. There are no elevators and NO air conditioning, which was unfortunate due to the heat wave. Felt a bit cheap, especially the bedding.

Review 26：We booked this hotel same day and got a great rate. When we mentioned that we had two bicycles to store they offered us a free upgrade to a larger room so we could fit our bikes. The staff was great and the location was good. We will try to stay here again the next time we are in squamish.

Review 27：Old hotel not very attractive. The bar in the hotel played pounding music til 10 pm 2 hrs after they said they were to stop. Loud party in room next to ours til midnight. Then loud, drunk people on the streets all nite. My son was afraid to go to sleep. We went back home for our vacation, exhausted.

And as we stayed for single day and left the hotel in morning they said it will take a bit to fix, but we were leaving so its a general thing. Rest overall great experience!

Review 53：Called the manager before booking and asked if they can do pet-friendly. The answer was very satisfying: yes and with a fee of only $10. So we can travel with our cat! We love this motel even only for this reason alone. Not mention their super friendly front desk staff, who changed our room to be away from the bar downstairs so that we can have a good dream.

Review 54：The cleaning staff were friendly, the location is good, everything else about the place was not good. Sign at the front desk asks you to see the Bar Manager for a room. The Bar Manager has nothing to do with the hotel and can get upset while she tells you that. You can get locked out of the hotel at night because the intercom system to contact the Night Watchman doesn't work. Expect a lot of noise. Wifi works for approximately 2 minutes every 3 - 4 hours. Did I mention expect a lot of noise?

Review 56：No one was at reception when we arrived. There was a sign saying if no one there go to the bar for assistance. The lady at the bar did not want anything to do with check in and was very unhelpful. After ringing the bell for a while a lady finally came. She was very friendly and helpful.

Heavy metal concert in the club below that we were not warned about even though we booked well in advance and they could have told us. Imagine floor shaking and booming music until after 1 in the morning. Tried talking to desk staff around 11 but no results. We won't stay here again.

Review 62：There was a couple issues I had while staying here. The rooms were wayyy too hot (at least 30 degrees). It was like walking into a sauna. We only had one fan that wasn't even turned on when we walked in. There was heavy metal playing in the attached restaraunt/bar area that wouldn't quit till 1am. This was super frustrating as it was really loud and we could not sleep. The sheets felt like cardboard, but the pillows were nice. The shampoo and conditioner were combined which is cheap and contradicting.

Also, we were right over the band, so it wasn't quiet till midnight when they quit playing. The connecting door to the next room had quite a large gap under it and we could hear every word the people in there were saying.
