Review 1：Multiple issues with smoke detectors that could not be fixed. Moved to another room and detector there chirped every so often. I should have stayed elsewhere as this may have been attributable to construction which also caused early morning noise under my window and add maid knocking on door at 8:30 AM. Altogether very little sleep that night.

Review 4：Hyatt Place was a wonderful place to stay. Their beds are extremely comfortable and my husband and I slept like angels. There was a variety of breakfast every day but more important it was delicious. The staff was polite and helpful. Worth the money.

Review 11：I was given room 323, me and my children are at the door swiping thecard it was working so I try a different key.All of a sudden the doorflies open, let's not forget it's about 12:30 in the morningnow. A man is looking at me like I'm crazy! His response was this ismy room until tomorrow morning, why would they give you my room. Iapologized to the man.My children and myself went back down stairs, Iadvised Theresa of the situation she looked at me like I was crazylooking in the computer. Finally she said oh that was my error I'lldiscount your room like forty dollars. Never an apology!!!!! I'vestayed here several times but never had an experience like this
Review 12：I love the fact that I checked in after 12:00 midnight it took her about20 man to get me checked in. I booked a double queen bed room. When Igot there she said they were all sold out, I asked what about myreservation her response was that's what happens when you bookthrough a second party.t
Review 13：breakfast eggs were disgusting made me sick. Coffee pots were empty too often. Toilets did not flush all the time. TV stations did not come in.

Review 19：The hotel has provided a breakfast, however , the attitude of the kitchen staff was very rude. we had to wait over half an hour to get served breakfast, when we did ask when we are going to get served Kitchen staff was extremely rude. their rudeness were reported to the reception. they were apologetic.and The state of the breakfast area was poor and not clean. We were very disappointed at this aspect of this hotel. without this experience ,it could have been a good stay.
