Review 2：I knew this would be a wonderful stay when the hotel called my phone as soon as my flight landed at an airport 100km from the planned airport to inform me the driver was already on his way to meet me there (I actually landed at Enfidha Airport which is closest to the hotel but was supposed to have landed in Tunis). I was regularly called by name in the restaurants or while walking through the lobby and because I was a solo woman traveler they looked out for me. It was truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The hotel is also more beautiful than the photos depict. My only regret is I did not try the spa! Would definitely recommend The Russelior to anyone!

Review 6：Everything is perfect. If not the best hotel in tunis it is one of the best. Been too many hotels in tunis and they lack of professional staff but i was surprised with all the professional staff they have. Thanks to Khoula and rami at the pool area.

Review 7：During check in time , i asked hotel staff to empty or remove all items from rooms's mini-bar. During check outtime i explained what i did to staff who checked my room however reception asked me to pay for all items in mini bar but i rejected and they asked me to sign paper to proof that i did not use mini bar !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some staff need to develop their english language.

Review 9：the most organized hotel friendly staff huge and very high class facility clean and hygiene level is 100% i enjoyed staying... lovely Japanese restaurant tasty!

Review 13：Very friendly staff, especially the General Manager Mr. Walid Trablesi, reception people were very helpful especially Mrs Eman and Mr Hamda, in the restaurant Mrs Hana, very clean rooms, beautiful environment around the piscine, very luxuary.

Review 14：No towels were available in the Sauna & steam room, when asked for some, the person in charge did not react or make an effort to ask. Some flexibility on the check out time would have been nice.

Review 18：The receptionist was grumpy when we arrived and offered no smile which was totally unwelcoming. The hotel was packed on 14 February as it appeared that the locals tend to stay at the luxury hotel and celebrate St Valentine's day. As a result the breakfast café was packed with guests and we were not served for about 20 minutes once we sat at a table full of dirty plates, simply because the staff were unable to cope with the volume of guests. There were long queues for theatre kitchen for pancake etc and there were little food left for us. I was not happy about the service at all as there was no value to money paid for this hotel.

Review 19：I liked the hotel offered free wifi in the entire building. I liked the guest room as it was clean and spacious. The maintenance came to our room quickly when we needed assistance with operating the tv.

Review 27：- some of the furniture quite old and very used -staff didn't speak english - spa area quite dirty, dust and hair in the whirlpool, the hammam was soaked in (dirty) soap, when we wanted to leave the spa area we had to leave the towels and walk thru the entry hall in our bathing clothes - our toilet was leaking (clean water) for a whole day, nobody seemed to care - the room service entered our room at 8:30 in the morning without knocking. When we talked to the manager and asked him to ask the staff to PLEASE knock before entering the room he again didn't seem to understand the problem… his answer to us was: "Okay. Just don't". - When we wanted to check out they had to send someone to our room to check the minibar, we were not allowed to leave before that happened. We didn't take anything and of course its ok to check… but we were running late and they had our credit card informations. So there was just no need to keep us waiting.

Review 34：We had and unusual bad nigh experience, my son and I we're bitten by a fleas !! it was horrible especially for my 4 year old son, we had to give him antibiotics for a week and he still have scars especially in his legs, horrible! the Staff did not do that much for us but the General manager was very professional and did apologise, he did also ask for an investigation from a foreign international company to be done, and to be honest according to their report "Nothing" !! but our doctor did confirm that it was fleas... anyway the GM did propose to us free stay for nest coming, we did not accept but that this does not mean that we will not come back, it's a really very nice hotel to stay in but I guess we werenot lucky (FYI: my son has skin allergies from insects beats)

Review 112：The service isn't that professional, without any explanation, they changed the room of our director from luxe to standard but still charge us with the price of luxe, until i found it after two days. Then just because we check out for one day earlier, they change the rate which turns out the total price of 4days becomes higher than 5 days. The hotel can has their explanation something like promotion for 5days not for 4days but as a client who has already paid all with one price when we check in. We can't accept such a behavior. And to check out, with the bad calculation we spend 40minutes , for last time our colleagues said they took long-time to finish too. We paid with the new rate but that makes us no more desire to stay in this hotel.

Review 116：Attention to details is missing; hotel is overpriced comparing to the service you get (comapred to other 5 stars hotels in Asia or middle east); I had to look for a room with working A/C at midnight coz it does not work in our room, it took 90 min to resolve the issue: The rooms director gave us another room to spend the night (but I found it a bit annoying); we were refused a late check out until 3pm and given only until 1pm (can understand due to high season); we had to bear with the noise coming from the upper floor from 6am until midnight (housekeeping and room service trolleys passing a marble ramp!)
