Review 1：The staffs were not competent. The roome was to small. Even we didn't have space for the laptop The value for money wasn't good.

Review 7：Coffee maker in room. I get up at 3am and like a cup of coffee. Personal preference I know. Desk in room. I'm a business traveler and need to work although I don't think this hotel is set up for that. Again, personal preference.

Thank you Tammy, Mike, Chris, Jason, Omar (the chef) and all the girls who served and provided cleaning services, my wife and I had trouble leaving on check out day because we wanted to stay longer.

The cost certainly made it seem like it should be a hotel with room service, a real menu, etc. The pool was nice but again the place just didn't have the "feel" of a "highend" hotel.

Review 38：The hotel was overstated elegance. The lobby with the curving staircase. The living room with the comfy couches and antique furniture was inviting you to whisper secrets. The outdoors had plenty of group seating areas with fire pits and/or fireplaces overlooking the lake. The pool area was on the opposite end of the hotel, very private. I did not expect breakfast, but each day it was prepared upon your arrival, with great presentation. The orange juice was fresh squeezed, and the coffee rich and fragrant. I will stay here every time I return to visit my daughter

Review 39：There would be only one negative during my whole stay and that would be the shower, it was no power shower more of a dribble and also very low down even for myself being only 5'5 but slightly harder for my boyfriend who is 6'5
