Review 1：Room was musty smelling on arrival. Water had been turned off due to some plumbing problem. Couldn't even wash my hands. Carpet was yucky, I did not want to stand on it with bare feet. Breakfast was not edible, packaged muffins, it was depressing.

Review 2：Staff was friendly. Pillows and mattress was comfortable.

Review 3：The only bad thing was that the pillows were not squishy enough. They were too firm and I wasn't able to sink my head down into them.

Review 5：The nighttime front desk guy (Dave) was extremely grumpy. We needed to have breakfast at 5 am because we had to be at the medical center at 5:45 am. The day before we were assured this would be no problem, but Dave was really put out and grumpy and clearly didn't want to deal with us. --- The pillows were very thick and lumpy - couldn't sleep on them.

Review 6：Easy to find. It is really close to the UC Irvine Medical Center which is where we needed to go. There are lots of small restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy etc. within walking distance. The daytime staff was nice. Our room was very clean.

Review 9：The bed (king) was super comfortable and the room was very clean and well lit. Great location near (almost walking distance) Old Town Orange where there is a variety of unique restaurants and shops. Not far from Main Place Mall and The Outlets of Orange, which has the standard, well known franchise restaurants and stores.

Review 10：The breakfast area was located in the lobby and consisted of two tables in the lobby (a few feet from the check-in counter) and a couple of metal tables outside, practically in the parking lot. Not very cozy or inviting, but at least it was functional.

Review 11：Good location, generously sized room, two comfortable queen beds, clean room and bath. Small but varied breakfast buffet: hot and cold cereals, pastries, bagels, milk, yogurt, fruit, juices, tea and coffee.
