Review 1：Unfortunately jacuzzi was not working during our stay, but they offer us extra discount for this inconvenient. Minor problems with satellite tv.

Review 3：Booking shows that whole hotel is full only 4/6people apartmentavailable, and other accommodation around are also quite full, so weaccepted the price. But when we arrived, we found out that: 1, Therewas no snow at all. Hotel staff said if our booking were with thehotel directly, they could have cancelled it and refunded us, howeverwe did through Booking, so no refund. 2, The hotel is empty, only 2 or3 rooms were occupied. 3, Our next door guests paid only 70eur for thesame room, which we paid 180eur. 4, Due to the low number of guests,hotel didn't open the wellness section, which means we hadabsolutely nothing to do there but either had to stay or leave withpaying the same.

Review 4：We came to Gardenia because we had a very good stay last year, so wedecided to book it without hesitation despite the unusual high price.

Review 5：It is stated that they have restaurants within 100 metres. This is not true. We had to drive by car to get to the nearest restaurant, and there goes your wine/beer tasting. Jacuzzi was not operational during our stay. Also there is no shopping facilities in the nearby, so you are practically left without options if you want to eat or drink something.

Review 8：It's sometimes 'easily' said, but in this case we can only confirm that staff of the hotel (owner and his wife ) were very friendly and extremely helpful ( we had an unexpected problem with our car and they really did the utmost to help us out !! : many, many thanks again ! ).

Review 9：Restaurację w pobliżu mogłyby serwować lepsze jedzenie. Żeby dobrze zjeść (smacznie) należy udać się w górę kilkaset metrów dalej. W miejscu gdzie jest "audi w szklarni". W lato może doskwierać brak klimatyzacji.

Review 39：We spent one weekend in this appartment house. Everything was OK, our studio was clean, with large balcony, kitchen equipped with all needed utensils. The girls in the reception are very polite, always with smiling faces and ready to give you all important information. The hotel has one of the cleanest, most modern and fully equipped wellness centers we have ever been to in the Central European countries. We can only reccomend this place to everybody! Will return for sure in the future.

Review 40：Absolutely perfect accomodation. The aparment is nice, spacious and well equipped. There is even a storage room for the sky equipment. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the wellness is excellent. It is brand new and you can find everything that you need after a busy day with skiing:)

Review 41：Room temperature control does not really work. Set the thermostat wherever you want, you get the same temperature. The apt has floor heating. Open the windows to get the rooms cooler (e.g. for the night -- what a waste). The radiator in bathroom is almost cold, probably connected to the floor heating, which is a terrible idea. There is one master bedroom with a well sized double bed, but the other 2 people sleep on a fold/roll out sofa. Hardly queen size. Otherwise the master bed is really hard, well it's a matter of taste what you prefer. WIFI on room is creepy if not unusable. Works a bit, does not work for a while. If it works it's speed is like the old phone line times. Did not find any non-slovakian channels on SAT-TV.

Review 42：Power outlets galore. No need to bring an extender. There's a hanger for wet clothes on room. Handy to dry the wet ski clothes and stuff. You get the Park Snow card if you stay at least 2 nights, that gives you some discount on ski passes etc.

Review 43：They do NOT have a wellness area although it is mentioned on booking.com and even photos are shown. I asked for a discount because of this lie but I didn't get any. Shame.

Review 44：Be careful if you want a big bed rather than 2 smalls: write down yourrequest. Location is not the best for skiing because your are on the'easy' side of the resort : blue slopes only. If you want thered ones you'll have to walk a few hundreds meters.
