Reviews for Lithia Springs Resort

Review 1:After a long drive it was such a great place to arrive at. Lovely and warm and delicious homemade treats for afternoon tea and a really clean room and super comfy bed and great shower! Highly recommend.

Review 2:No bacon for breakfast :)

Review 3:The cleanliness of the rooms was amazing! The resort itself is beautiful. We felt so relaxed. This is a perfect getaway for a wedding anniversary.

Review 4:nothing!

Review 5:Everything! We stayed here one night 2 years ago, and vowed to return. WE DID!! Stayed 3 nights this year. Loved the coziness, the best bed on the planet, cute place, and the breakfast is excellent! Plus, close to wineries, and the hot springs next door.

Review 6:A little far from the main action. You need a car to go from this resort to restaurants, theather, etc.

Review 7:Very nice facilities and very comfortable room with large bathroom. Great breakfast in a very comfortable setting with garden views.

Review 8:The mineral water is wonderful. Such a relaxing time. The breakfast is the morning is phenomenal, the scones are to die for and the coffee is nice and strong.

Review 9:$$$$ with the time restraints. As blue collar income feel these shouldn't be so pricey.

Review 10:The staff was very accommodating, pleasant conversation with Alex, who was in charge of house keeping and such. Grounds were beautiful, we did get an early check-in which was great, since I feel for the price point, in after 4 out by 11 is a little steep. Lots of lesser $ competition offering as much.

Review 11:The air conditioning worked only so-so. The in room tub should have been jetted for the price point. No pay per view. No DVD. WiFi was a joke. There was an occasional whiff of open sewage from somewhere near. And too near I5. Takes away from the tranquility you are seeking at a 'resort'.

Review 12:The grounds were quite beautiful. A nice path crossed the area with lots of lush foliage. The pool area was nice as well. We didn't use the spa services so can't comment.

Review 13:Shower in our room (#19) was an old handicap accessible shower with little room to stand or put our toiletries. The fluorescent lightning is un-flattering in the bathroom as well. The woman putting out the breakfast food was unfriendly. We said hello and she barely mumbled back a hi and walked off before we could ask her a question...

Review 14:Beautiful location and wonderful rooms. Office staff was friendly & helpful. Excellent food for breakfast!

Review 15:Great resort (attention to detail), great service, great spa (superb massage), great location. We even got a complimentary wine tasting organized by the hotel. We highly recommend this resort to all who want a reprieve from the daily grind.

Review 16:Found silverware wrapped in napkin. Not obvious. Bed fine for me, not great for spouse.

Review 17:Over all, really lovely. Used the hot tub 3 times. Loved the tea & breakfast

Review 18:This requires a 5 minute drive to the Ashland festival, but it is an easy 5 minutes. Even though we couldn't find an event parking , our parking ticket was only $11 .

Review 19:The incredible breakfasts. Soaking in the mineral waters in the room tub. Great sheets and mattresses. Immaculate rooms. Great Location: The restaurants in Ashland are wonderful! The Ashland farmers market on Tuesday is a thing to behold, even for a Californian foodie . The contemporary play ("Sweat") at the Ashland Shakespeare Festival was compelling in content, with great acting and unforgettable message.

Review 20:Front desk manager at checkout, not friendly & we didn't get room we choose online ... Suppose to be garden view

Review 21:Cleanness & decor & breakfast

Review 22:Loved that I could take my 4 and 5 year old and be treated as a normal paying customer, not any less because I had kids. Felt like we all mattered too :)

Review 23:Bed was waaaaay too soft! We requested a firm matress, as soft mattresses are very harmful to the back. This bed had extra-soft top on matress that we could not remove. Hotel should provide at least some rooms with firm to extra-firm matresses.

Review 24:Location for Ashland is lovely, a short drive from center of town. Quiet. Pleasant gardens.

Review 25:I felt like I was staying in someone's cottage. Carpeting is old and worn throughout. Our fridge was in a closet under a sloped roof. Charming or more like, I keep banging my head. We were unable to charge our devices because the wall outlets were loose- the plugs fell out of them. What is that? They make a lot of the mineral water but the pool hours are limited.

Review 26:Best yogurt, raspberries and granola ever.

Review 27:Shower head--too high no flexibility to reposition. Strange location ---but once inside the property it is quite pleasant.

Review 28:Cleanliness, comfort, aesthetics--natural outdoor setting with simple contemporary furnishings in common areas. Full breakfast -good . Wish we could have stayed longer so that I could've had the spa experience !

Review 29:afternoon tea, very clean room with comfortable king bed, and nice grounds/gardens with pool and secluded areas to sit, good breakfast, all inclusive. Very good value for money!

Review 30:Love the pool and spa. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was also comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful. Warm breakfast was superb. Cannot ask for more....

Review 31:Bathroom not as clean as I expected it to be.

Review 32:Complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Beautifully landscaped environment. Very courteous staff. Soaking in the mineral water in the privacy of your own room was very nice.

Review 33:My bf & I are smokers, so we had to go across the parking lot to have a cigarette. We didn't want to smoke in the room of course, but more smoking areas would be nice!

Review 34:The natural mineral springs are amazing!!!

Review 35:The jacuzzi tub in my room was great but the jets didn't even work so that was a real bummer. Overall it was a quaint property; not all that glamorous for the price. I think I expected to be staying in a newer building but the decorating was very modern and the room seemed very clean. The breakfast wasn't too bad and the bed was pretty comfy. It was a relaxing stay like I had hoped for.

Review 36:Alder Bishop, the general Manager, is amazing...and it seems like she's always available! She called and offered me a room upgrade before I even arrived, offered to come to my room to help me with Internet access on my PC, gave me a packet of Emergen-C when I mentioned I had gotten a cold from airplane germs, and loaned me an umbrella for my entire stay.

Review 37:A noisy air conditioner bothered us the first evening, so we unplugged it and reported it.

Review 38:As a result of some unusually nice early spring weather, we were able to sit in the arbor and read, surrounded by the beauty of the early-blooming gardens.

Review 39:Nothing! Though we moved to a smaller room the last night, definitely pay extra for the bungalows with spa bathtubs to get the Lithia Spring water experience.

Review 40:Gorgeous and large grounds, delicious breakfast, spa bathtub in our room.

Review 41:The breakfast was okay... the eggs were a bit bland, but everything else was pretty good.

Review 42:The atmosphere was SO relaxing and inviting. It smelled peaceful and was decorated beautifully. The Mineral bath was so nice and the bed was perfect! Definitely recommend!

Review 43:The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub in the room was great and the water is incredible.Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed tea time.We will come back again

Review 44:nothing bad to say!!!!! just comments had to adjust too! No phone in rooms to desk in rooms Jacuzzi only open 10am to 6pm Only one ice machine far away Tight parking close to rooms, plenty of parking around grounds!

Review 45:We really liked the day staff at front desk! Very Very the best grounds to walk and rest. plenty of water features and benches etc > top notch! and we were off season! Soaking tub fantastic! Salts at front desk a must! Breakfast close and great staff!

Review 46:Our last morning, found hair in the oatmeal. Told front desk attendant and I believe she truly will have management investigate. We suggested hair nets to avoid this in future..

Review 47:The desk staff were wonderful - very helpful with finding restaurants, yoga studios, hiking paths. The breakfasts had good variety and were good.

Review 48:Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Delicious hot breakfast. Clean. Nice staff. Great location, 5 minutes from Ashland shops and restaurants. Conveniently near freeway but nice and quiet, no freeway noise.

Review 49:We were extremely impressed with the newly renovated bungalows and all the amenties for a great price! The in-room jetted tub was wonderful and bed was very comfortable. It was very clean and spacious too!! Absolutely loved it ❤️

Review 50:Liked everything.

Review 51:Grounds were beautiful attracting birds and squirrels; room was comforting and inviting with a comfy bed and soothing in-room hot tub; afternoon tea was delightful; breakfast was delicious. A very peaceful inn. Staff was very patient and helpful.

Review 52:Not a thing!

Review 53:Amazing staff, beautiful surroundings, peaceful environment, and excellent facilities. Complimentary breakfast and tea time were lovely. Plan to return here again.

Review 54:They are A little choice in the breakfast menu .

Review 55:Everything is amazing the stuff they are very kind and the room is very clean and comfort also the style of the hotel is amazing

Review 56:Wished we could have stayed longer.

Review 57:Hot tea & warm scones greeted us. Cozy cabin like spa room with dream quality bed! Staff was very friendly. The breakfast chef & baker we want to adopt. She made us amazing food. We will definitely stop when we travel again!

Review 58:Wi-Fi and even cell service is virtually non existent. They really need a booster tower or something. Need to work on the water pressure when hotel is full.

Review 59:Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, comfortable beds, easy parking, easy on/off the freeway yet quiet

Review 60:Lithia Springs is a beautiful, charming, top of the line, resort. The staff went out of their way to be helpful; the breakfast was all homemade and delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well stocked with amenities. Highly recommend this establishment.

Review 61:Bed was too small, said it was a Queen but felt like a Full. The bathroom is not ergonomically set up. There was no place to put cosmetics, pills, travel bag. Had to move the bath rug in order to shut the bathroom door. Lay out of the bed room was a bit weird. TV on the side of bed, so had to lay sideways to watch TV. No light in closet. No bureau drawers to put your clothes away.

Review 62:Loved the location, the grounds on the property, the staff and the hot breakfast! Great deal for the price.

Review 63:Having to sit in the lobby and wait until exactly 3:00 to get the key to our room.

Review 64:I found the unit to be very clean and up to date. The breakfast was wonderful too.

Review 65:We liked the pleasant atmosphere, the decor; the lovely room; the food and the staff. Everything was great. We would stay there again if we were in Ashland.

Review 66:The only downside is that the lodge is outside of downtown so it is convenient to drive back rather than walk -- someone needs to stay sober. : )

Review 67:Everything about Lithia Springs is lovely. There is a full breakfast in the morning that actually tastes good (!), tea with scones in the evening, beautiful and peaceful grounds, soft sheets, and sweet/helpful staff.

Review 68:Too bad the site is on a flat site, just off a main road and next to a major auto mall. Nothing much else around it. Screening fencing on the mall site would be a minimum. For the price, the breakfast could have been individualized and traveling to the massage person was not ideal.

Review 69:The staff was lovely and very accommodating, the breakfasts were filling if not fancy, and the landscaping and flowers throughout the facility were wonderful. Access across the highway to a 2.5 mile paved jogging/bike path was a plus.

Review 70:the staff was very unwelcoming when we arrived...when I reminded them we had a dog, they acted surprised, even though I had specifically called to make our bungalow was pet friendly. No pet supplies anywhere. Had to sign a pet policy.

Review 71:the bungalow was spacious the breakfast was good the tea was nice very, very immaculate

Review 72:Our room was an unexpected delight in the country town of Ashland. Such beautifully remodeled, convenient interiors more like what one would fine at an expensive spa in California. And at a delightful, low price! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Review 73:The bed was small. The bathroom didn't have enough counter space.

Review 74:The grounds are fantastic. Afternoon tea was very enjoyable. Can't say enough about the taffy.

Review 75:......nothing!

Review 76:EVERYTHING! the breakfast is wonderful!!! cannot wait to stay this spring!!

Review 77:needs two TVs..... one in "living room" ....the other so you can be in bed and watch TV

Review 78:everything!
