Review 1：The value of money was too big for the type of hotel and its facility and i stay before by direct reservation for the same room it was much less than booking. Also reception emplyee should be nice enough for check in. I will never stay again in Elite grand hotel.

Review 3：The service was poor : room service was not able to deliver anything during the night, the rooms were not prepared correctly (no hand towel, no shower mat). The H20 bar closed before time. The sauna was under works, which the hotel failed to inform us about in spite of me specifically asking if some services were unavailable. The shower had black mold, and the joints are in poor shape Room service knock on your door around 5 to ask if you need anything, even if you have the do not disturb sign I had to struggle to secure a reservation I made for the new years eve, with every time a different guy calling me to tell me there was a new problem. It's not satisfactory for a 4 stars, where service is supposed to be hassle free.

Review 9：The internet is awfull, falls all the time, connection lost, barelly can do something with it. Very poor internet speeds. Aslo the TV was not working, no signal, but due to vacation and malls and cinema, that was not a big issue.

Review 12：Well this was a surprise......On arrival I was offered an upgrade to a deluxe two bed-roomed room with a massage shower and Jacuzzi bath.....wow, it was very pleasant and totally unexpected. The service was again something to write home about. I feel pampered every time I step into this second home. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Evening spent in the roof bar was again very pleasant as was the early morning sunshine that warmed our backs as we sat sipping coffee. Breakfast was again very good. (Actually it was better as we got there earlier!!) Consistency seems to be the name of the game at this home from home! Thank you all for the experience. GM

Review 13：Some decor was aged/aging and could do with modernisation, and the views from the rooms are limited (neither was a problem for me but thought i would mention as this is important for others). Hotel is reasonably isolated in terms of being able to walk to local restaurants etc. so you'll need to take a taxi anywhere (not expensive for a local trip).

Review 14：1 bedroom suite was large and roomy. Located well for Bahrain City Centre Mall and Seef Mall. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast option was excellent for a very reasonable price. Room service meal variety was excellent and very good quality of food. Good gym facilities in the hotel. Pool looked lovely but it was too cold to swim when i stayed. 24 hour mini mart in Era Towers is great for snacks and a reasonable range of groceries. I experienced a couple of small issues during my stay and the hotel staff were very helpful in attending to my feedback so my overall impression is positive.

Review 16：Excellent Staff, very helpful and friendly. Excellent Location, Good food choice. Very large comfortable rooms with high standard fittings. Nice touches of fruit and flowers in the room. The evening 'turn down' service with slippers by the bed and the orchid made it very thoughtfully personal! One of the best in town!

During breakfast time, space of the restaurant is not enough. In bedroom ac fans directly hit your face while sleeping.

Review 84：The staff are great and extended our checkout up to 14:00. The hotel is about 400m from City center mall. Located North Bahrain about 2km near the sea (less sand storms). The breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. There is a swimming pool, a gym and video games room for the kids.

Review 95：My reservation was a 1 bedroom suite taking a couple plus child. Upon arriving we found there was no bed for the child. When I asked the hotel wanted to charge me. After much heated explanation they gave us a cot, which needed to be changed as it was dirty.

Review 104：Spacious room, well designed and furnished living room and two toilets. Basic equipped kitchen with no oven only microwave. Two spoons/knives/forks and two sets of plates. In my opinion it has all what you need for a comfy stay as long as you will eat outside or in the hotel restaurant ( which you won't regret ) H2O have daily life bbq buffet and shesha lounge.

They can't verify if the people who was ringing the door bell are their staff or not, even if they were saying "House keeping!!" BTW the DND sign was out there!! The food trays were there since midnight until breakfast time! Indoor barking is too tight and not organized enough.
