Review 3：the treatment for the Local guests (Tunisians) and Foreigners is not the same , coustumer service is a bit down specially for a 5stars hotel . The open Buffet was completly disappointing Very slow check in process .

Review 5：Room location is not that I like at the time of booking my request to be at the first floor with sea viewing, also the allocated room 2206 was not cleaned and the duty staff send cleaners while we are just entered the room, so far the duty staff proposed if we required to chang the room on the next day but we find out it's difficult to move the our belongs to other room hence we stay for the room

Review 7：This Hotel should not be rated 5 Star. It is nowhere near it. Badly needs updating. Bookings.com should not be advertising it as 5 Star. Very disappointing.

Review 8：Comfortable bed in quiet room. Good WIFI

Review 9：The hotel was very cold all around as the central heater was switched off. We had to wear coats each time we went out of the room as if we were going outside. The spa and the inner pool were closed stating that they were under maintenance. Even the disco was closed so basically we didnt benefit of any of those facilities. Pure waste of money.

Review 11：Moody staff, not professional. Dirty knives, forks, spoons and plates etc. Fridge was leaking in the room. Booked taxi two days before to go airport but arrived 30 minutes late on the day. Food was very pricey at the restaurant. Fly sat on a dessert, showed the staff but he just waved the fly away and didn't remove the dessert. One staff made us rush and leave because it was closing time, even though we were still having our meal. Overall stay at the hotel was poor and not "five star" standard!

Review 13：Tunisian people are wonderful and kind . But sadly their countryside and Cities are filthy, everywhere you go there is building and domestic garbage dumped in fields and Town Streets. I and my friends and family,+anyone whom I know who has visited Tunisia won't be going back there until there is an National Tunisian Cleanup. .

Review 41：The rudeness of some staffs. The food is always the same in the buffet specially the breakfast. Also breakfast staff are always in a rush to clear every thing at 10am sharp. In 5-10 min every thing is cleared. Breakfast service should be finishing at 10:30am like most hotels in the world.... Definately not a 5* standard hotel, should be max 3,5*

Review 42：The swiming pool. The balcony of the rooms. Better to for the deluxe rooms to get better rooms on high floors... Some of the standard rooms on the ground floor don't have a private balcony as the neighbors can see you while seated in the balcony. Overall it was ok and quite during this season as it meant to be full by August.

Review 43：Many problems for paying. They had a different rate to the rate that I received from Booking. Therefore, they were trying all the time to convince me to pay the rate that they had. At the end I become angry and they accepted to respect the rate that I had in the Booking confirmation email. The WiFi is very bad in the rooms. The move me to another room with better WiFi, but it didn't work. The five stars are only in the paper. Food in the buffet very bad.
