Review 1：Coffeemachine in the room was broken and no one came to check it despite asking for someone to do so.

Review 2：Hotel was clean and a good place for stopping for one night while driving from Keys and visiting to Everglades. Near to Keys Outlet and restaurants.

Review 3：I try to avoid exterior corridors whenever possible. It is much noisier than the alternative.

Review 8：This is my second one-night stay at this hotel, and I have encountered none of the problems mentioned in some other reviews. This hotel is a good $ value compared with other options. It is just far enough away from the turnpike to be out of that bustle, but accessible. Shopping center across the street and nearby dining options can be a plus, and were not heard in my room. The hot breakfast included is excellent.

Review 13：The room smelled horrible, very musty like old, dirty carpet. We were told at check in that we were given a "super nice room". Not so. There wasn't even a comforter on the bed. Just a top sheet. The room felt very dirty in general.

Review 17：I was a little disappointed in breakfast. The tots were under done and broke up too easily causing them to just be crumbs. On our last day there were no hot foods available. This may have been because it was too early in the day, but the staff should have told us that.

Review 18：The hotel was in a great location. Clean and well cared for. I liked the fact that though we were on a busy street and busy section of town the hotel was quiet and very well landscaped. We felt like we were secluded in a resort area.

Review 19：The decor was older but the cleanliness was top notch. The breakfast was awesome... everything you would like to have in the morning from fresh fruit to scrabbled eggs and sausage...yummy and very good coffee :) We would certainly stay there again.

Review 26：The facilities could be improved by providing safe boxes for valuables in the rooms. Given the high quality of the other facilities, this does seem like an omission. Also, whilst the breakfasts were good quality, the hot food was exactly the same every day - since we stayed for two periods each of several days, some variety would have been nice.

Review 44：Arrived very early in the morning and was let into the room straight away, staff were on the ball and always seemed to be having fun, rather than the formal courtesy i'm used to, it was a pleasant bonus. Good location for shops and restaurants and free breakfast was one of the best i've had in Florida, not too much choice, but all you need to start the day, tasty and hot (rather than luke warm or cold).

The first room was veeery dirty and had a lot of blood stains on the sheets, we told that to the guy at the reception... he didnt care at all, didn't even said sorry, but at least got us another room. The second room was also very dirty and in the morning we figure it out, that was full of bed bugs. we couldn't even use the bathroom for health concerns. Worst experiene ever, it would be better if we had slept in the car. Not worth the money. Terrible experience!!!! I really can't understand these god reviews here, starting to think they are not from real guests.

I hated that the rooms were on the road for security reasons. The room was hot and humid, even with the air running full blast. The bath towels were all dirty. The TV signal is poor.

Review 134：Rooms are clean with a working conditioner, Tv, coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The pool gets crowded by the end of the day and it's not cleaned during the day, so there's some stuff floating in it in the evening (nothing gross but still). The breakfast is pretty decent with a lot of options to choose from. We stayed there as we were visiting Miami and Ket West on a short trip and didn't want to spend a ton of money on hotels in these cities. The hotel is a great deal for the money!

Review 136：The breakfast is awesome, catering to everyone's palate, with fresh fruit salad and whole fruit, eggs, sausages, assorted breads, cereals (hot and cold), juices, tea and coffee

Review 137：The floor in the bathroom leaked from underneath the tile so had to wear shoes any time went in there. The extra chair had a broken leg, clearly visible upon entering. this was called a hotel when it was actually a motel with outside doors and no elevator for upstairs.
