Review 1：Not a bad experience, but room could have been cleaner; table top had sticky residue and water rings from prior guests. Could tell that the table and chairs were rarely moved to vacuum, as food crumbs and dust bunnies lurked

Review 5：the only thing that they will not do is allow you to request a certain area or room unless of course it is a handicap room. We have always requested a certain area and are told they can't reserve it even with a credit card to secure it.

Review 11：We loved the location of this property. It is off the strip and easy to get to without ever having to get on HWY 76 and deal with the traffic. The room was very clean. The pillows were awesome. The pool was clean and well maintained. We felt safe and didn't have any issues. And you can't beat the price! The only thing I would change was the bed. It was a little hard and uncomfortable for my taste, but I am used to a soft Tempurpedic mattress, so that might not be an issue for everyone.

Review 12：The air conditioner was all or nothing. There was no in between. It was very humid so we kept it up on high most of the time.

Steep parking lot can make it a challenge for guests with mobility issues or concerns about falling especially if it is wet because hotel is build on a hill as are most of the hotels in Branson. But there were a few level spots where we could drop members off who were concerned about walking up or down the hill.

Review 64：Noise, this inn seems a bit older and you can hear everything that goes on in rooms around you. Kids running around outside and in other rooms make the walls shake. The carpet in our room stayed wet our whole stay for some reason and had large stains, we had to wear shoes the whole time, we were unable to change rooms due to inn being full.

Review 66：Aside from the discount show tickets, breakfast, and cobbler at night, the hotel was off the main congested road and quiet. We went to the strip every day, and was able to bypass the traffic by cutting across on. Wil dwindle Drive! The Moon River theater was literally 5 minutes away!

Review 69：Upon my arrival I was given a key and sent on my way to find the room on the second floor. I'm now on the third floor. The room was musty and damp. No air on even tho I had made reservation early that morning and arrived late that evening. Our throats burned and I requested another room. It seemed to be a problem for the clerk. Check this one she told me. Off I go, a couple doors and a floor down. The same , back to the front of building to the office. The clerk seems flustered and told me no one else had complained., ?...so I think to myself. Off to another room Way off towards the back of the hotel. This time on the 3rd floor . Now know that I am nearly 60 yrs old. It is dark outside. It is the SAME thing there. Again another request to find a clean room and one the spread didn't look like it was a cobblestone street of lumps in a past life. I return again and am told to describe the "smell" to the clerk who doesn't look real happy to see me again. Another room this time on the very back side of the motel where the light was burned out just outside the door. Stinky AND Creepy! no this won't work. Back to the desk.....(note: this is a very long four story building on the side of a very sloped hill. Yes it has an elevator but...) Big problem for the clerk as I watch her study her sheet of penciled numbers. THIS time SHE will take me up to the 4th floor and see if SHE can smell it. (If I can isn't that enough?) off we go...well maybe she can in this room.???? That's all I guess that mattered was if she could smell it. Still that damp moldy smell. I asked for a room that I had slept in on the third floor on a previous visit. It didn't have that smell on previous stays and worked well then so WHY not this trip? No wait, it was rented for the FOLLOWING night!!!!!! A requested room I was told. I'm tired, I've been on the road for six hours getting to this point on my journey.

Review 70：What DID I like about my stay? It Was the Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff that kept me coming back again and again. I've recommend them to everybody I know, friends and family. NOT anymore will I be doing that after my last stay there.
