Review 1：We got no house cleaning service. I thought I was staying at a hotel and would have the room cleaned daily but instead the room was never cleaned.
Review 2：The location of the facility. We also liked the swimming pool. The friendliness of the staff was great too.
Review 3：Multi management operation it took half an hour to check in. There was supposed to be a king bed but it was a queen. Thin walls-neighbors very noisy in morning.

Review 19：Our room was part of a split condo, with locked door between us and neighbors. Every sound and word could be heard through the door. (Once we all realized this, everyone stayed quiet on both sides.) It was confusing and inconvenient that there were all different agencies handling our booking, the office staff, the cleaning staff, and maintenance. Had to keep calling different numbers and going through many people to get questions answered and work accomplished.

Review 21：I was very disappointed as I requested a twin command was told when got there they had none unless I cancelled my booking through youguys and 're booked through Aston which was more expensive so I had to pay extra for a rollaway bed which I would like to be compensated for
