Review 1：The "fireplace" was kind of useless - heat only came out of a small vent on the top. Flipping channels was also annoying because of having both analog & digital. Both of these were very minor things when compared to the rest of the stay.
Review 2：I travelled with family, & we booked at different times - they automatically put us in adjoining rooms, which was great. I also loved how much space each room/condo had.
Review 3：the bed is not as good. A little too soft and hollow. Must add cutting board to the kitchen, did not find any.

Review 5：Rooms are larger than most resorts. Very nice pool area. French Quarter is on end of both strips with all the shows and good restrauants within a short distance. Can even walk to several good shows. So it is a very good location.
Review 6：The condo was great except for the bed. It was absolutley the worst bed I've slept on. I could feel the springs.

Review 10：When we arrived we were met by a young lady named Mattie. She went above and beyond just to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She is an absolute treasure to Spinnaker's French Quarter.
Review 11：Noisy upstairs of our condo and the left side condo was noisy. Cigarettesmoke from the downstairs condo drifted up to our balcony.day and mostof the night. Apparently, the management doesn't enforce the nosmoking policy. We didn.t realize until we got home in Eastern Arkansas,that we were give some else's checkout paperwork.

Review 13：After paying for the rooms when it was booked and then having to put $150. down with a CC seemed unfair. I do not have a CC. So I would have had to have used my Debit and that would have put a hold on my card, and I needed that for my bills at home that was going to go through. I was unhappy I had to ask a friend to use hers.

Review 15：The unit and the surroundings were above average for Branson. It was close to everything but secluded and quite. We had the two bedroom, two bath unit with kitchen, living room and nice balcony overlooking the great pool area. Super nice and relaxing.

Review 17：Would definitely stay at this resort again. Centrally located which made it very convenient to get to shows as traffic got pretty backed up. Very modern and clean facility.
Review 18：We had to clean the spa bath before using there was a ring around the entire spa , then we tried to use but it would fill up with rust deposits and would have to drain , so we had to use shower! We were woke up two mornings in a row by maintenance men yelling to each other at 7:30am . Second bathroom door had been kicked in and screwed back together . the master bedroom had food wrappers under bed , it was obvious this room was not ready!

Review 22：We loved the pool area! So enjoyed the "patio" for our morning coffee. It was called a balcony in the description, but we were on ground level. The kitchen was well equipped. Also liked the jetted tub. Location was great! Close to everything, but very quite & peaceful area.
Review 23：Room had a terrible rotten food smell when we entered. Had to leave the sliding glass door open for two days to rid the unit of the smell. Lamps had spider webs and dust on them. You could tell the place doesn't get dusted much.

Review 30：The dishwasher in the room needed repair when we got there. It appearedthey tried to fix it, but it still was difficult to open & close. Ithink they need to do away with the fake fruit and fake décor on thetables - I find that it is difficult to clean and wishhotels/timeshares wouldn't put items like that in their rooms.Sneeze on that and yuck!! Don't even want to think about it... Theyalso need to do some repair work on the driveways, too many potholesand disrepair in pavement. We could hear the people next door - theywere loud.
Review 31：The pool was great, but they need to reinforce the fence posts, as theywobble and if you need to grab on to them, you will lose your footing.
Review 32：Only one thing I didn't like and that was the wifi. It was very slow and kept kicking you off. I just kept my mobile data on because the wifi was worth the trouble.
Review 33：The pool area was exceptional, it was above 90 every day we were there and it was great to have them! Also the staff was very friendly and it was very clean!
Review 34：No HD TV in Living area? old school CRT instead? Thought this was kind of weird... We had so much to do that we didn't miss it much. I did have trouble setting up WII U without HDMI port... Although, again didn't miss it much as much as there is to do...
Review 35：The location just off of the east side of 76 strip was great. Across from The blue route to get from one side of 76 and back without waiting in the traffic was excellent. Perfect! The Facilities were very clean inside and out! Pool for kids was awesome!
Review 36：Garbage left on the elevator for hours on a 100 degree day. Stunk!! Refrigerator didn't work after two calls and two hours they brought us a new fridge. Key didn't work had to wait till 807 when the worker arrived complaining she needed coffee. She didn't fix the key maintenance let us in the new key was keyed wrong.

Review 38：When checking in, the desk attendant (young woman) was complaining about how our packet wasn't put together yet and that she was going to have to stay way after her shift to get caught up. (I didn't need to hear that) I thought it was rather rude.

The bathroom needs more light for the tub area. Supplied us with 2 towels a piece for or four day stay. House keeping is extra.

Review 46：Wow!! It was an amazing place to stay. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out it was wonderful. The 1bedroom villa was very attractive, comfortable and welcoming. For me the important things is a decent nights rest.... Well we were not disappointed. The quality of the mattress was wonderful and we slept well each night.
Review 47：the cable TV had very few choices, the TV appeared to be a much older model which had to warm up before the picture was clear. And the jets in the tub did not work. The wifi seemed to only work in the living room.

Our bedroom was in the front which we thought was odd vs being in the rear of condo for more privacy. Nice patio with grill. fully equipped kitchen, TVs are out of date, free WiFi, plenty parking.

Review 53：TV cabinet in master bedroom was too big for the space, you couldn't leave the doors open because you didn't have room to walk, so TV viewing was only while sleeping, not getting ready for the day, or walking at night to use the restroom.
Review 54：The bathroom layout in a one bedroom. The shower is ratherclostraphobic.There is access to the bathroom from the bedroom or thehall, but the door opens the wrong way...so to get to the toilet, youhave to close the door. There is very very little counter space in thebathroom. The bathroom is small, so the temperature in there is hotterthan the rest of the unit...take a little fan is my advise. The masterbedroom was right on the entry side of the unit, and there were blinds,but no curtains..so bright and early..Bamm..that sun makes its way intothe room through the blinds. Room darkening curtains could fix thatproblem immediately. The front desk closes at 10..but unless you are inneed of someone, unfortunately, you don't know that!..until youcomplain at checkout. I only gave the staff a good rating..because Iencountered 4 employees, 3 were wonderful..but..I Had a late checkoutwith an extented hour and that information was not conveyed to themaintenance staff or the maid service and so right at 10, (instead of11) they were right there banging on the door, while I was in theshower....because the lady that checked me in did note it into thecomputer, but did not communicate that to the rest of the world.
Review 55：Overhead ceiling fans in bedroom, living area, on balcony. DecoratedBeautifully. Easy access to units from 2 main roads. Gorgeous pool,barbecue area, gym, playground for kids. Maintenance man is all smiles.Totally private balcony. Smoking allowed on balcony. (This is the mainreason I would go back) Big refrigerator, clean, well stocked kitchen,Elevator for access to floors. WiFi Ease at check in. Quiet enough nopets Beautifully landscaped. Comfy mattress very convenient parking forall the units.
Review 56：I stayed in the one bedroom villa. The pull out bed is extremely out dated n uncomfortable! I thought I read that the bed was a queen size bed but it was a full size bed! The only good thing about my room was the kitchenette. I would have paid $70-80 for the room but I believe the room was over priced for the quaily.

Review 59：It is the sister property of the Palace. All activities for the property happen at the other site. Ex Ice Cream Socials, Dad's and Doughnuts, etc. Not convenient. The other property is where you buy discounted tickets to most anything and this site can have them faxed to it. Not a great ideal but tolerable.
Review 60：Great location on the main strip of Branson. This property is in the middle of all that is happening. It's minutes from Sight & Sound Theater. It's about 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City.

Review 63：We had no concierge in the office, so we had to go a long way off site to get show tickets . Our unit smelled bad for our entire stay. We tried candles and Lysol spray but nothing helped. It smelled like dirty breakfast food and BO. One day we had a guest concierge, but I had to stand in line for more than half and hour to get tickets. The furniture in the unit is not good. The couch and chair in the living area need replaced. They are all very saggy and not comfortable. The nightstands in the bedroom are chipped up and too big for the area. If you rollover in bed you'll hit the table. There is no place to put your toiletries in the bathroom. Put in a shelf or two or something. We used our cooler for a table just outside of the bathroom door to set our things on. Also we didn't find out until going to bed the first night that the remote didn't work in the bedroom (annoying) had to wait til morning to get it fixed. This place was not like it was when we were there a few years ago.
