Review 1：On second night the hotel front desk gave my room to 2 men who attempted to get in to my room around 1145 pm

Review 2：Room was clean quiet and comfortable Breakfast was really good

Review 3：When we checked in the man was rude and unhelpful. The man behind me in line even came to my defense because I was being treated rudely. Then when we took shower/bath tub had lukewarm water. The sink had hot water so I know it worked fine. I was chilled. I didn't want to deal with the rude man at the counter though and no one was around when we left in the morning. We did switch rooms the next day after they offered to let us shower in one room then go back to our original room! That was unacceptable. Breakfast looked good and wasn't awful but biscuits were hard.

Review 7：People at breakfast area were loud - excessive complaint about football and life in general. Hotel could not possibly handle this matter without upsetting these individuals. Had to take my breakfast to my room - which is what I did not want to have to do.

Review 11：My only complaint: I had a first floor room. When entering from outside, I got to "enjoy" the ash tray area. Smokers gathered right outside the door (where the ash tray can was). So much for a non-smoking hotel. As long as I entered from the front (sometimes a little inconvenient), I was fine.

Review 16：I was staying here for convenience for medical treatment. The staff was very supportive when I asked for extra towels. Then in the morning, the hair dryer stopped. They gave me a key for another room close to mine so we could get ready. Very very happy with this Best Western. This is our second time to stay.

Review 17：The first time I stayed it was 160.00 for a room to sleep in, no lounge no indoor pool or hot tub. Two weeks later the room was 116.00 for the same accommodations. I felt it was too expensive.

We were given the worst room for noise in the hotel, bottom floor by the outside door, which had traffic all night. Breakfast area was not very clean, and they were not keeping the food stocked.

The staffoffered no adjustment even after I informed them I would be in town for5 additional weeks the offered no kind of compensation or rate for thatlength of stay. I was very disappointed with this and will not return tothis hotel because of these issues.
