Review 1：I was very unimpressed with office staff. We arrived about 3pm and the office was locked up; rang the doorbell and a gentleman barely opened the door to ask if we had a reservation. He seemed to be bothered by the fact that we showed up. When I made the reservation, I did take the last room so maybe he thought that everyone had checked in??? Another family member came peeking around the back door and seemed annoyed. I was real worried about the room, but that turned out to be pretty nice except for no screen on the window

Review 4：The room was filthy. Extremely load the management kept calling the room throughout the nite no one on the I other end. Just a horrible experience
Review 5：Located in a seedy side of town; a couple arguing non-stop the floor above me all morning long; two guys approaching the door yelling at some people right above my room; strong chemical stench in the room all night long; and finally someone fired a gun outside that woke me up hearing someone saying "it's a gun shot!" --- leading me to leave for good. The worst place I ever booked on this site.

Review 7：Seemed to be people actually living in some of the rooms and they weretending to congregate in one room. However, we had a safe and un-disturbed night.
Review 8：The manager could not have been more helpful. The current owners areobviously in the middle of a massive redecoration and maintenance of theproperty. Eureka was just a stopover for us on a road trip, but our roomalready showed signs of updating. It was adequate.
Review 9：No frills at all, which I didn't expect at the price, but if you areexpecting them you will be disappointed: no phone in the room, no placeto hang clothes, no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, no continentalbreakfast. I didn't think to request a nonsmoking room so the room Igot smelled faintly like smoke, but to the credit of the cleanliness ofthe staff, not too bad. There is no ac or fan in the room and Eureka isvery hot this time of year, in the 90s during the day. There was aheating unit but it was so clogged with dust I never would have turnedit on even if I had needed it. Maybe they clean the filters in thewinter time? The hot water in the shower only lasted about 5 minutes.Still a pleasant enough stay despite this if you are on a strict budget.
Review 10：The owner was extremely friendly and very proud of his motel. The bedwas comfortable and the room was clean. The other guests were quiet. Theroom had an old tube television but had Dish Network with many channelsto choose from, and free WiFi. Free parking in a well-lit lot. Goodwater pressure in the shower.
