Review 1：They had an 18 year old birthday party that was loud kids loud music. Running up and down halls they were loud in the parking lot. They partied til 1 am! My kids couldn't even go swimming in the pool because.of this party!

Review 4：Friendly staff, nice location ,great price and nice room. We were pleasantly surprised. The room had 2 queen beds, was clean, no closet but had a wall rack. Pillowtop beds, great breakfast bar with 3 attendants that were great . I was wanting for nothing!

Review 6：The staff was very friendly. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was extremely clean and the cleaning staff even took extra care setting up my seven yr old daughter's stuffed animals on her bed for her when they cleaned our room. She loved it! My teenagers loved the free wifi, jacuzzi and pool. The continental breakfast was by far the best I've had. They had a large selection of hot food as well as the staples. I ate the biscuits and gravy everyday as they were amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

Review 7：We were going to stay at Twelve Oaks Inn because it had better reviews than the Barrington. But the Barrington advertised they had an indoor pool. Since we had 5 kids with us we decided to give the Barrington a try. Before we booked the rooms I called to make sure the pool was open. I was told it was. We traveled 8 hours to get to Branson and we had 5 under 18 children with us. They all were looking forward to using the pool that evening. But when we arrived we found the pool was closed. I complained to management and they said it would reopen the next day. We were scheduled to go into Silver Dollar City the next day so the pool was not an option for that day either. I feel I did not get my moneys worth because of the inconvenience of not having the pool for the young ones. Management did not even offer a discount to us for not having the pool available. We will be coming back to Branson in the summer and we will be using Twelve Oaks Inn, not the Barrington. Now I know why Twelve Oaks Inn gets better reviews than the barrington. My feeling was we were lied to just to get the booking. Very poor management. By the way, why don't you fix your sign. It says Barringto when it is lit at night.

Review 8：It was clean and had a pretty fair breakfast the first 2 mornings. The third morning the breakfast was not so great. I guess they ran out of eggs.

Review 10：The staff was excellent! They brought extra towels upon request. Even helped me carry breakfast down to my teens who had overslept. My floor's housekeeper was wonderful!!! She even asked if my room was clean to my standards whuch it was spotless!! The vreakfast was delicious. My only issue was the firmness of the mattress that made my back ache some. I sleep in memory foam so I am just used to soft. I just grabbed a form topper at Wal-Mart and enjoy the other 2 nights. We will return!

Review 13：This is a very nice hotel. We had trouble getting wifi in our room, if we went out in the hall we had it, didn't understand that problem. One other thing, the sign for the hotel that was by the street, had burned out light bulbs. We totally missed it the first night and really had to look to not miss it on the following nights. I don't think you realize when your not from the area and when the entrance is on a side street, how important that is!

Review 14：The breakfast buffet was wonderful! It was exceptional variety and delicious. We were impressed with the staff that kept the food warm and stocked and the area clean and tidy. The desk staff were friendly, helpful and informative.

Review 15：The beds was not queen size like advertised didn't get in until late asked to swim a little later was told no at 10:45 pm that they was CLOSING THE POOL FOR THE NIGHT.also opened the window to a brick wall.

All in all everything was nice, it could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom, but I am picking when it comes to bathrooms, the floor just looks like it needs a good cleaning. Everything else in our room was clean.

Review 35：It was our 40th anniversary. I called to check that the rooms were really nice. I was told that the rooms had been remodeled, but if that was the case they failed to update the bed. Was lumpy and hard. One of the worst beds we have tried to sleep in. Had to go buy a mattress pad Just To tolerate It. Needless to say I was very disappointed. The tv could be a little larger. In a suite it's just to small. Other than that, was nice.

Review 47：The beds have protruding steel coming out of the frames and both my wife and I have bruises, a child falls and hits these and a lawsuit is coming. Pool and hot tub were full the whole time and the hotel would be well suited to give the adults 2 hours a night before closing to have it and I also know this is the busy season but come on, use some common sense.

Review 49：Our a/c quit in the middle of the night, and the room was pretty warm; we called in the AM, and the new maintenance guy (who was very pleasant) said our unit would need to be replaced. The "free wifi" never worked at all during our entire stay, and the front desk person said "oh well, there are too many people trying to get on at once".

Review 53：I reserved 2 king beds and a roll-away bed. I selected an 11 am to 12 pm arrival time from the menu, and I stated that we had 5 adults and onechild (10 yrs). We arrived at 11:35 and were told that therewouldn't be a clean room available until 4 pm. I asked to pay forthe room and was told that I could not do that until 4 pm. Then I askedif I was getting a double-king room with a roll-away bed and the ladytold me I had booked a standard room and they were out of roll-awaybeds. I asked if one would be available at 4 pm and she said simply'No." I left unhappy and worried. When we returned around 5 pmand got to our room, there was no possible way to fit 6 people on 2double beds, so we ended up booking an additional room on another floor(also not what we wanted). The additional room was more expensive thanthe room we booked on Booking.com and again, I was not pleased. We endedup having to change our SIlver Dollar City plans from Saturday to Sundayand changing our dinner reservation because of the added expense of theadditional room. I do not feel that the front desk staff was in theleast bit sympathetic or helpful. I would call to confirm yourreservation precisely and if they can not guarantee it, I woulddefinitely take my business elsewhere. They wasted my valuable time andmoney, definitely putting a strain on our family getaway.

Review 55：Couldn't connect to WIFI most of week. Could be due to heavy WIFI traffic (lots of camps and tour buses), but there was a PC in the lobby. Kind of made up for it.

Review 56：Location was perfect for where we spent most of our visit (dance competition at the Oak Ridge Boys Theater). Due to competition, didn't make it into town to sightsee or shop. Awesome breakfast concept (eliminated to guest rooms and made one large eating area with breakfast bar).

Manager stated that she would re-boot the server, however, it did not make any improvement in the WiFi access. My selection of this hotel was specifically based on the hotel advertsing that it offered free WiFi, however during our four stay the hotel was not able to deliver any WiFI.

Review 64：Bathroom was a bit small, but OK for us. Needed more space to hang towels if they wanted us to re use them.

It's kind of tucked back away from the busy-ness of Branson, but still close enough to enjoy all of Branson. Price was just right!

Review 72：Although the room was very small, it was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The indoor pool area was about 95 degrees and very loud with only a few people but our kids liked it anyway. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional.

Review 76：Everyone was very friendly. I have to especially compliment the two older ladies who worked the breakfast bar. They are, by far, the best workers on the breakfast bar that we have ever encountered. They kept everything refilled - nothing was empty. They were continually cleaning up. These two women were also very, very friendly. They are this hotel's biggest asset.

Review 79：Check out time is at 11am. This was not a problem but the pool does not open until 9am. At most other hotels we have stayed At the pool opens early in the morning giving us enough time to swim and then get ready before checkout. Our only reason to visit was so the kids could swim to get energy out after being snowed in all week at home. We would have liked to had a couple more hours in the morning to do that. The hotel did have pool hours clearly posted and we just didn't pay attention when booking. So, this problem was more our fault. It would be a suggestion to open the pool earlier though.

Review 80：After being trapped inside for over a week at home due to snow and ice, we made a last minute decision to visit Branson. We found this hotel on Bookings.com and were impressed by price and reviews. The hotel staff was very friendly! The hotel itself was warm, inviting and clean. The pool was open late so our kids had plenty of time to swim and the breakfast was better than most. Will definitely stay again.

Review 81：I liked the friendliness of the staff and the how clean the rooms were. A huge upgrade from a previous motel we stayed at earlier in the month. Pets were not an issue and the breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. I don't think previous reviews I read before booking this place gave enough credit to this hotel. Review 82：The maid service left our door open when we were out all day, the lady at the desk said she was only one there & her GM comes in later and she'd tell her, but she didn't bothered to check on us or apologize. Sad that they acted like they didn't even care.

Review 102：Finding the hotel is a bit confusing as the road leading into it is marked but you definitely need to be looking for it, I could see the hotel from the Red Route, but missed the road into the property, yes there is a small sign lighted, once you do it no problem after that, just a matter of turning in to the correct driveway, 2 roads side by side.

I think they need to read the book "The Servant" by James Hunter. The guest enjoy the experience more than anything, but not listening to complaints.

Also some salsa and/or cheese for the very blah scrambled eggs would have taken breakfast up a notch. Continental breakfast was ok, but very basic. At least the fruit wasn't frozen.

In the process, the hotel staff took my son's stuffed Yoda doll and my daughter's blanket and wrapped both of them hugging in my son's blanket. It was the cutest thing to see after such a long day!
