Review 1：Tv programmes limited, no MTV, no fashion, no russian channel. Unheated swimming pools (outdoors and indoors)

Review 3：Wifi only in reception. Gets overloaded. Location is a bit lonely. Nothing to see or do in close proximity to the hotel. Needs better lighting in the gardens at night. Open plan double rooms not suitable for toddlers. Bedding needs to be improved. Two single beds put together but still had a significant gap between. Pillows were like slabs of concrete.

Review 4：Courteous staff. Very helpful and always did their best to accommodate any request. Lovely gardens. Good entertainment. Great beachfront location for the price we paid. Food was very good and quite varied although breakfast was a bit monotonous.

Review 7：Food was boring and we often needed to queue - they need to rethink this. Some items very popular i.e. Chips and there are just not enough. Staff often rude and facilities dirty. All had upset tummies. Plastic glasses by beach not put in dishwasher just rinsed in a sink. Bar dirty. Drinks small and hard to get many spirits. Cocktails very weak. Sun beds taken by 7.30 and lots of camel dung on beach. Far away from anything. Towel service poor and towels torn etc. Also you get sent from one place to another - want coffee? not at this bar so go to another . Want to change towels ? . Not today so come back. Not a good holiday really overall sadly

Review 17：Many comments about my wife because she is Tunisien and she married me (a non-arab), also we had a king size bed, but it was 2 small mattresses so I always ended in the hole between them.

Review 19：Mostly German and Italians. The kids entertainment was done in German as was most of the adults. Therefore neither of my boys really joined in. Food on while was nice but nothing for children to eat when used to English food. Nice hotel just too far from everywhere to walk.

Review 31：Staff was very rude and manipulative. The rooms are dirty and everything is broken. There was no soap in the room. The phone did not work, the AC didn't work either. The linen had stains. There were so many things wrong with the hotel that I would not recommend it to anyone!

The entertainment was OK, main issue was that it got louder as the evening went on, which meant that if you wanted an early night you were being kept awake by the music. The spa was relatively expensive. The hotel rooms need a revamp, decor was dated and double beds not available, two twins stuck together

Review 44：I liked the fact that though the hotel accomodates a great number of visitors due to its structure (1-2 floor bungalows) there is privacy and the feeling of being in a villa in a garden. There were many children in the hotel yet the part where our suite was was absolutely quiet and tranquil. The food is great.

Review 45：- The receptionists are useless; if you are a solo traveller not travelling with an agency with everything arranged and need some info or help you are done: one of the receptionists tried to sell us a private tour to Sahara that was 100€ more expensive than the official one offered by the agency that has an agreement with the hotel; other when asked where was the nearest atm told us that we need to take a cab as it was 5km away, when in reality we found one 2 days later like 50m away; common to all of them was the effort to speak English with us: zero. On top of that we complained with the hotel customer relationship manager that told us that was kind of normal. Again - if you don't go with a travel agency have your eyes open when staying with these guys.

Review 51：1. Very little to do at the hotel, probally because it was out of season 2. No English language TV Channel which impacted on the above 3. No tea/coffee in rooms which had to be purchased outside of breakfast 4. Limited in house shopping for general essentials e.g generic medicines, sweets etc 5.
