Review 1：We were told that many of the staff had quite the day we checked in. Should have been an indication of how our stay would be. We had no towels in our room the first night so we called the service desk and we were told we would have to come get them. Second day we had no towels again and this time we were told they were out. Our only option was a couple hand towels. We did not have any maid service that day either. They sprinkled deodorizer on the carpet in the hallways but it never got vacuumed up while we were there. The whole hotel needs a good cleaning. The pool water was very murky. We decided not to chance it. We tried watching TV but they were so out dated with lines running through them and sound distorted that it was too frustrating. Not impressed with this hotel at all. Will look for a better option when we are back in town. They need to clean it, staff it and update it before we would return!

Review 2：Guest on property were having a party w/loud music and loud voices after 2 am. If they would have toned it down around 1 am my visit would have been pleasant, but it wasn't.

Review 5：This hotel used to be a premier facility, with huge rooms and great amenities, however things have changed over the years and it is in dire need of updates. Still clean and spacious, but declining rapidly.

It has the space in the rooms, lobby, pool area to be a wonderful hotel but there appears to be no money/resources behind this project. We've stayed four times but we won't stay here again. The furniture was so nasty, we hated to sit on it. The huge sunken bar in the lobby continues to be closed after two years. Usually, the pool is closed for repairs. Such a shame, someone bought this property but won't update it.

Review 13：Location is good, hotel has 'good bones'; great spaces, large rooms, and the beds sleep comfortably but they refuse to update and refurbish worn out, tired old furniture. Breakfast bar has minimal options, staff is rarely seen and very apathetic in demeanor.

Review 15：We arrived 12:30 am And there was no one at the reception desk. We made a notation on the registration that we would be arriving at that time. We walked around and knocked on several doors for 15 + minutes before a sleepy young man showed up at the desk. Who made no apologies and didn't speak to us until my husband gave him our name.

Fourth room was huge suite - wifi worked, phones worked, had been cleaned. However the lights over the bathroom vanity/sink did not work. We told the manager about it - he assured us it would be fixed immediately. We went to dinner(great place right across the street). Lights over vanity/sink still were not fixed. When we left the next morning, it still was out.

Review 44：First of all I was really shocked by the size of the pool, it was very small. The breakfast was of poor quality and there was no one there taking care of the appearance, or stocking things when they ran out. There was nothing to choose from. The housekeeping knocked on our door an hour and a half before checkout to ask us if we were leaving, and then 30 minutes later walked in on me, getting ready to get in the shower. She tells me I should have had a do not disturb sign on the door and I said shockingly this long before checkout? Very rude.

Review 49：When I booked the room I was under the impression it was a smoking room. Upon check-in, we found out this is a Non-Smoking hotel, all the way now!! They also only open the lobby bar on weekends, their site & yours said 7 days a week! I overpaid for the room!! I could have gone straight to their site & paid $15 less per night!! You need to make sure ALL information is updated on your site!!

Review 54：The WiFi was very spotty and the decor was outdated. So if you were there for business I'd suggest a mobile hotspot. The only thing that really bothered me was that I didn't intended to use the card I used to place a hold on the room but a card that would give me more points I have stayed at many hotels in my life and at checkout they always present the bill and ask if the card I used is the one I wanted charged. Which they didn't even though I asked to change it at check in. I think the staff could listen a bit more.The halls still smelled very much like stale smoke, but the room didn't.but considering the price I can deal with outdated decor and just pay closer attention when I make a reservation next time.

Review 55：The room was spacious and very clean.The breakfast was fresh and more than you would normally get with a continental breakfast in my experience.Definitely felt safe there and pool area was clean well kept, not noisy like I expected it would be. Would stay again definitely . And recommend to other that need a safe clean place to stop for a night or two.

Review 70：Booked a non-smoking room and was informed that the entire hotel was. But the entire wing we were in reeked of smoke, so obviously it was a recent change, and nothing had been done to clean it. The toilet leaked, and everything just looked really old. When we complained about it at checkout, the receptionist was completely indifferent. Will be back in the city often, but we won't be staying here again.

As I approached the rooms, the stench of cigarettes and noise drove me out f the hotel, so I cancelled my reservation. I had to move to another hotel that night. It was a horrible experience.

Review 73：Room had cat fir on the bed and smelled like urine. When told the clerk she said "we don't allow pets". That doesn't change the fact that some one snuck one in. The Wifi was very poor. Not much of a selection for breakfast.
