Review 2：Stayed in Polo hotel in Dos Campos as we landed on Sao Paulo and wanted to go as soon as possible to Paraty. Roberto was very nice as he picked us up from the busstation and helped us buy the busticket to Paraty (as yhe website require a Brazilian setvice number with the credit card payment). Also Roberto talked very good English which was very helpful. A very good guy!

Review 7：Poor room maintenance: the ceiling light in the bathroom was burnt.There were no light switches next to the bed, so one had to get up toswitch the lights on/off. The front-desk attendant, upon check-outon a Sunday morning, was ill-prepared to deal with guests (I suspect shewas a trainee), so I ended up leaving the hotel without the invoicebeing printed out and handed to me.
