We were asked to phone 10 min.Before arrival, and so we did: a staff member came to give us the keys.Some days before the arrival I got the registration forms by email andsent the filled forms back, but when arriving I was asked to fill in thesame forms again... The reception could not be contacted during thestay: there is an office in one of the apartments, but when I tried toknock on the door, no one opened. When we wanted to check-out and returnthe keys, I had to make several phone calls until someone came. Thehotel is actually some kind of low-cost part of the four-star RecidenceHotel nearby: they are situated in the same building but does not havethe same facilities. And concerning the service in the village... Therereally is one grocery store, but it's open only until 6 P.M. Thefirst evening I tried to find something to eat for our kids, but thestaff of the shop was just closing up. I tried to ask them, if there isany other place for getting some food the children, but they kept onsaying they're closed and couldn't answer my simple question.

Review 13：Rooms could be cleaner... Check-in and check-out is very complicated as there is no reception for the apartments. You should make several phone calls to arrange that. The lady who is responsible for check-in and check-out does not speak a single word on any foreign languages.
